The Home Depot

This is a great Home depot store. I have most of my experience with in-store products only.
They have all the essentials needed for houses. The staff are friendly and gentle. The prices are very reasonable.

The store manager Todd is a great guy and helped me today with a facuet I found on the home depot website. The price online was $52.83 but when I went to check out it came to $129.99. I did have to buy it online and use the pick up at store option but Todd was very helpful in the situation.

I got all of my supplies to make my own built in closet from HD! A young gentleman in lumber (I think his name was Travis 🤔), helped me rip some plywood and I’m so grateful as it was easy to load the in my van and it saved me time! So excited for my project! Here’s a work in progress photo.

Some of the nicest people around!! Always willing to help you out, all you have to do is ask. Hell, half the time you don't even need to ask, they just happen to be walking around doing something else and notice your needing help with something. They're very good at reading people. Definitely more helpful than the people at their competitors.

This Home Depot is my one-stop shop for all things home improvement. They have a wide selection of products and brands at competitive prices, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable.

There were many tools to choose from and I was very pleased with the selection of rakes. Who would have guessed I could buy a video doorbell at the same location that sells rat traps? What the whaaa? I couldn’t find the right type of bolts, but then I found them. Great store. And they have Kit Kats by the checkout. Crazy.

Their first Saturday which is open for all kids DIY workshop is an amazing initiative
Lot to learn from it specially the strategy of bringing the whole family together and giving them opportunity to get in kids zone and kids vibe.

Good deals on appliances they have all the info on the tickets, including estimated delivery, staff super knowledgeable and helpful if they don't know something they find out

Easy to navigate and the associates are always kind and helpful. Also, they almost always have whatever I need in stock!

Clean and organized store and very good customer service mindset.
Even the twenty-somethings that work there were genuinely helpful.

I don't get all the negative reviews for the Eden Prairie store. I don't go there a lot, but I went there today to get a kerosene space heater, as the website said they had 5 in stock. The greeter at the door was friendly and helpful and showed me the seasonal area where the heaters were. I couldn't find them, and two ladies with orange vests were walking by, so I said good afternoon and asked if they could help me. The one lady (should've gotten her name) said she knew right where they were and took me there. She was surprised that there were none, and said they might be gone because it was the end of the season. I explained that the website said there were 5 in stock so she paged another fellow. He was pretty sure he knew where they were but he would check on a computer, so the two of us followed him. He found them shrink wrapped on a pallet way up high, and he explained they were put away for the season so he would get a lift and get me one. The lady visited with me while we waited. He came back with a lift and the lady paged another employee and the two blocked off the aisle for safety while the other fellow tried to get the heater with his lift. It was too high so he paged for a fork lift. The fork lift driver got the pallet down, they got my heater, and the driver put the pallet back. When the driver left they opened up the aisle and put my heater in my cart and wheeled it out to me. The lady visited with me the whole time. I did the self check-out but messed it up and another fellow came and got it checked out for me. Now, I admit, the whole process took about 20 minutes, but, come on - it felt like half of the employees in the store helped me, all with a smile and cheerful attitude. I don't see how I could have gotten any better service. Again, I just don't get the negative reviews. Paul from Bloomington. March 25, 2023.

My main refrigerator completely crashed today. After work I stopped in knowing I had to buy something. No one was scheduled in the appliance section, however both Henry & Dre took time to assist me. I understand that retail locations can be very short staffed at times, & I appreciate that both employees went out of their way to help me. I had a wonderful experience & am super excited to get my new fridge. Thank you :)

This location is nothing short of amazing. Everyone will go out of their way to help you find exactly what you need. Their department specialists are there to answer the specific questions. After recently having a flood two months ago, they helped me get everything the contractors needed to put the house back even better than the way it was. I tried going to Menards once and it was a horrible experience. I'll only go to this location from now on.

First time here and was in a rush. May was such a huge helping me. She didn’t just tell me where the items I was looking for but she walked me over to the aisle. She had a pleasant attitude and sweet demeanor. Thank you so much May, I apologize if I spelled it wrong.

Been purchasing a wide range of different items here, from home improvement materials, washer/dryer and light fixtures, to plants. I even enjoy the kids work shop they offer for children; and associates are ready to help with any questions. I wish they bring back the coffee station though!

It's ok One Stop Shop for all your household names we all know Home Depot has a little of everything prices are competitive staff is usually friendly not usually the most knowledgeable I personally prefer Home Depot over Menards but that's just my personal opinion products are good quality they also stand behind their products I've never had a problem returning something that was defective have also not received much defective from there like I said overall a very good place for your household needs and construction needs many blessings take care and live your best life
