AT&T Store

Korea was great!! She was so patient with us and attentive! She helped us get the best bang for our buck we left with better service and all she updated our plan and even let us know we can cover all of our devices as a family. Then in the midst of the system going down she maintained composure even when dealing with a customer who refused to listen. A woman came in and began saying rude things to her about her phone and she continued to smile and be sweet and greet everyone else who entered the store while making sure our transaction was completed she kept going back and forth making sure everyone was taken care of. Great customer service we love this location for this very reason will be back very happy with the outcome of our visit.

Came in because I was having fraudulent account issues from years previous and still have been experiencing issues with this after canceling service two years ago. I have been taking advantage of by previous people at this store but Korea has made me even consider dealing with At&T again because she took her time to point me in the right direction and told me exactly what to do. She was very personable and I am grateful even customer service did nothing to help my case but I left feeling a lot better than I have previously.

This review is long overdue but I can this location goes above and beyond! On the day that my family and I came to upgrade there were multiple families in store and the staff worked hard to ensure everyone felt welcomed they worked diligently to get everyone in and out from the elderly having issues with logging into emails, resetting sims, upgrading, you get the gist. We had the pleasure of working with Korea tho she actually managed to take a look at our plan and we were able to not only get new phones but watches I never knew that just because of your job title you are eligible for extra rewards. Definitely a pleasure working with her as well as some of the other reps on site. If you want someone that’s going to be patient with you and answer all of your questions without getting agitated visit this location great customer service!

Today we were so confused as to what was going on with the outage of service but Korea managed to be accommodating during the entire ordeal. Patiently explaining to us what was going on and how AT&T was trying their hardest to fix the issue and figure out why. Upon other visits we’ve had great experiences from troubleshooting down to getting our new devices for practically nothing. Always great service from At&T Bethlehem! We will be back

Just wanted to say what a pleasant experience it was to work with Brianna at the Bethlehem ATT store. She was very professional and patient. We had a phone issue with turning up service on one of our phones and she took care of it promptly. She was also very helpful with getting our accessories we were looking for. A great experience. This is a shout out for the outstanding customer service received from Keyairah (Korea). I was dreading purchasing an upgraded iphone having known how long it can take to make the transfer. Korea was efficient, professional, and personable, making the experience quick, easy, and enjoyable. She was proficient, explained everything, and I thoroughly enjoyed talking with her while waiting for the phone transfer to complete. She is to be commended for her outstanding customer service and when it is time for the next upgrade, I hope she is there to work with. She made what can be a dull and long experience one that was enjoyable and efficient! She personifies outstanding customer service! Thank you, Korea!

Korea was so helpful! Came in after completely deleting a phone and she was able to get it restored in no time and had the service back up and running as well. Great customer service. Very happy!

All the team were fantastic. They were super helpful when I came in with a life problem that affected my account - they not only handled my problems but they also upgraded me and made my service better than it was before!

I had to make a dreaded trip yesterday into my AT&T store because my Galaxy S9 was dying. My experience turned into a positive, insightful and actually a pleasant visit. Korea was so kind and patient with all of my questions and DC worked diligently to get as much of my old phone info into my new S23+ as possible! In today's society, it was so refreshing to find employees who are going above and beyond to give exceptional customer service!! Thank you AT&T for Korea and DC!

Alex was very helpful with changes to our account; we arrived just before the store closed but he completed the changes even after closing.

I took my father to this store yesterday. DC was the representative who met with us. My parents are sharing a home with me and I wanted to port their landline and cell phone from Spectrum service to our ATT family wireless plan. DC wins the gold star for patience as we spent almost 3 hours with him, because of Spectrum's "retention" services. Despite some very dishonest, sneaky practices on Spectrum's part to try to force my father into keeping their service, DC calmly demonstrated his prowess with the system and managed to get our family set up with 2 new iPhones for my parents. During our time at the store, DC had several important transactions taking place, and he cared for each detail, while never making us feel awkward for the long wait. I will definitely be coming back to this store to upgrade my phone. Very impressed with the level of technical expertise and customer service!

It was awesome working with Korea to get a wall charger and the screen protector installed on my phone. I’m very happy with her knowledge of questions that I need information on. I look forward to working with her in the future.
