I went in on a Friday to buy some new balance for my cousins birthday on Tuesday. The only 8.5 they had in the shoe she wanted was all the way in Hampton Georgia, which is extremely far. The staff in the Bethlehem Store managed to order my shoe from the store in Hampton to this store in Bethlehem and were able to get my cousins birthday gift here by Monday when I needed it by Tuesday. Miss Nadia and Trent were extremely understanding and beyond helpful. Thank you so much for everything!

The store in Bethlehem has the best service we have experienced and we have visited many locations. They are very friendly and helpful. Nadia made sure to check for all of our needs and ordered whatever we wanted that wasn’t available at the store.

The team in Bethlehem, GA is always friendly and helpful letting me know what’s new and what’s on sale. Trent helped me one evening each of the three times I came in to shop with patience and a smile! Thanks for great customer service, it is very hard to find these days!

One of the best experiences I've had in a shoe store. The customer service was off the charts. Shout out to Eve one of the associates that works there. I am looking forward to my next visit as I will definitely be a regular there.

So came into this store this evening after looking everywhere in our area for a Braves jersey… I decided to gift my dad with a braves game for Father’s Day… last minute, I decided jerseys would be a perfect addition. The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help me. Even though, the size I needed was sold out. They made arrangements with another store to get it to me tonight with a short wait. I’m amazed at the customer service displayed by the staff here. Everyone of them were amazing and so nice!

Great experience in Hibbett Bethleham.
I was greeted as I entered the store. I was asked by Lucas and Jamie if I needed help with something; I did both times. Jamie can multitask like nobody I’ve ever seen but still makes the customer feel valued.
Nadia, (the manager) knew numerous customers by their first name and very obviously has high standards for her employees/coworkers.
Thanks for making me feel valued and for the great customer service.
Young people still know how to interact and get to know customers on a personal level, so refreshing.

Absolutely amazing customer service!! Being able to walk into a retail store and to be greeted instead of someone being on their phone was such a pleasure. Unfortunately they didn't have any Jordan's for woman which I needed that day however they try to help as much as they could. Very well organized and clean for a shoe store.

The staff in the store today were great. I went in to pick up an online order. Unfortunately my order had not be received by the staff when I came in. The staff tried to help, made sure my item was available and assured me that it would be ready at the original pick up time. ( I came In Early) I can’t say enough how great they were. Extremely impressed with the work ethic and customer service. Being a business owner in our current environment, it was refreshing to see smiling faces and people that cared about there job! Great Store, Good Customer Service and a Great Location!!!

What can I say about this place. If you want the all out shoe experience with knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff, this is the place. They are very clean and very professional. I can't remember the store managers name, Nivia, Nadine, Nadia, (my apologies ma'am) one of those, but she is phenomenal. I don't know if this store is franchise, but if so she deserves her own store and all the staff deserve raises for their help.

Love the diversity in this store...friendly, knowledgeable, honest and always smells good in here. They went above and beyond to help me and my family great customer service. Thank you to the young lady and the store manager who was assisting her as well. We will back for sure!!!
