Target

April was our cashier today. She was AMAZING!!!!!! She was so patient and kind to my daughter while she rang up her Valentine’s gifts. She deserves a big raise! Thank you April for such an awesome experience 🙂💝

This Target had a couple months where it was messy due to limited staffing, but they’ve come full circle!

I went in today and just wandered for like 1hr since everything was so organized and lovely.

This Target literally has the NICEST customer service folks. In summer I had them happily helping me search for a particular neck fan.

They’re so great here & now that things are organized again I know it’ll always be a treat!

Stock is always diverse. Can almost always find what I need. Chose it over Walmart without hesitation. The only grocery item not stocked is fresh produce. Or meat. But thats fine, I am not a carnivore.

Wow I have to say that Mary and Kris (I think that’s how you spell her name.) really impressed me today! I was doing some light shopping today and was really in a rush with my group! We left our change and after showing my receipt to Mary, she brought me to Kris who promptly pulled out the exact change we left! Will be back! Amazing experience and thank you for quickly taking responsibility for my mistake!

I had a great experience today with an associate who's name is Angel, he went above & beyond for a book I had been desperately searching for! He went and found the book I wanted in the back AND a special edition version of another book I needed. He also let me know that target had a sale going on with books.

This is my favorite Telatget to shop at. Never have any issues with pick up orders or in person shopping. The employees here are friendly and the Starbucks staff is too.

This location is my favorite. They are always clean, stocked and have what I need. The manager is beyond helpful and friendly.

Great customer service and great quality products at my local Winder Target. I am comfortable recommending everyone shop there because their staff is so wonderful.

I had a great experience today. The store is very clean and the associates are very friendly. One stuck out in particular though. I believe her name is Beth. I was shopping with my 3 kids and she interacted with them as I was checking out and gave them stickers. Then a really bad storm came in as we were leaving so we came back inside to wait it out. My kids were very scared and she helped comfort them. Then as it died down she stood with them while I got my car and even took them out to the car for me. As a single mom this meant so much to me that she went above and beyond for my kids and I. Great customer service!!

I’ve been going to this Target since it opened its doors because of the convenience not having to drive into Snellville or Buford. After tonight, I will try my hardest to never go to another one again. After getting what we needed on a late night run (thank you for your extended holiday hours btw), I went to checkout using my wallet through the app, to utilize my gift cards my students gifted me. Something was going on and it wouldn’t let me use both, even though I clearly had two gift cards. I called the employee over to just cancel the entire transaction as I was frustrated and wanted to go home, embarrassed and mad at myself for not having a backup payment ready for instances like this (mom brain and lost my debit card). John’s above and beyond customer service to resolve my issue has restored my faith that good people are still out there. I paid for my items and left with a smile instead of a frown. Target, treat this employee extra special. He is irreplaceable.

Always a great experience. They are always ready to deliver my items as soon as I arrive. Will always love the drive up option! He was great today!

Desireé in the Guest Services Department was extremely helpful in getting our Online order to us, despite that we arrived an hour before it was ready; her skills are exceptional for this position and deserves recognition for her kind, organized and pleasant customer service. Thanks Target!

We’ve gone to several dif target and honestly this is the best one, from customer service to checking out! Great layout ( my fave tbh) everyone is always so Nice, baby clothes is always stocked! We come around 3-4 times a week. You guys are doing an amazing job! Oh and it’s very clean!

My husband and I purchased a TV on a Black Friday sale. When we unboxed it, we noticed some damage to the screen. We packed it back up and exchanged it for a different type, since the other TV was no longer in stock. When we get the second TV home and begin unpacking, we noticed a huge bend in the TV frame, and cracks on the screen. So we packed THAT TV up and exchanged it AGAIN. thinking the third times the charm, we unboxed, mounted and watched a movie. We noticed a warm spot on the bottom of the screen and two very noticeable red dots on the screen. Now we’ve returned yet another TV. The customer service with all of this mess has been top notch. James in the electronics department, Beth, the lead on duty, and the sweet girl behind the counter, Chris have all been SO NICE and accommodating. Leave it to Target and their wonderful employees to make a bad situation so much better with amazing attitudes and customer service.

Store was clean and there was a target employ every where i turned even if i didn't need the help. Employees were helping one lady and was able to help her even tho what she wanted was not carried here. I love target. I never had much a problem finding what i need and if i do there is always someone around to help me out

Great and fast customer service. Had the best shopping experience. Ordered online and items were ready quickly. Employees were friendly and provided excellent customer service at the customer pickup.
