Love being able to use the bbw app. See what's in stock at my local store and order online for pick-up. Saves on shipping and wait times for delivery. Convient for taking advantage of one day sales promotions & vip events when you don't have physical time to shop in person.

Everyone was really helpful. Their internet kept messing up, so they wrote down everything I couldn't get w/ cash so that I could go home & buy it online. The store Was clean & very put together.

The customer service was excellent she took the time to help me find my fragrance and get a good deal!!! Highly recommended 👌

I love our little bath & body works store location in barrow county! Such sweet girls who work there and are helpful to me when I come in. They are very polite, respectful, and well mannered when addressing me as their customer, which is nice especially these days lol.... The store is always clean & well organized.🙂

All the employees here are wonderful! They are helpful, kind and just a joy to talk to. Honestly, I'm a little upset at the company, but this store itself is great.

New, clean, and friendly staff. I picked up the peony lotion. It has been keeping my pregnant legs super well moisturized and I keep getting compliments that I smell good at work. 😊
