This review is specifically for the pharmacy part of this CVS location.

I went to get my Covid booster and Flu shot - Taneesha and Tanya were super extra busy (start of flu season, new booster available, students back in the area, and taking on prescriptions from other locations) but they were both sooo lovely, kind, and professional throughout the whole process. With the amount of clients they continuously had, they really held it together.

I'm not a well person. I have several medical issues that cause pain and mobility problems. The pharmacists there treat me with the utmost respect, Ted C. treats me with kindness, respect and dignity.He is amazing, I'm truly grateful!I have had to deal with many pharmacists over the years due to my medical problems and nowhere else have I been treated with such. No matter which insurance I've had I've been treated with respect and dignity as well. I'm not looked down upon because of present financial situation. I was treated like dirt at other area pharmacies, absolute rubbish. Luckily , I made the decision to change pharmacies to ONLY CVS AND ONLY THE ONE ON MAIN STREET NORTHAMPTON.It has been an excellent decision!!! I Thank CVS staff for their overall willingness to help me whenever I need assistance! 🙏
I also use their care pass program and save money on every trip! The pharmacist Ted C. treats me with kindness and respect and that's rare. I have Mass health andrsrely if ever have I had the pharmacy/ pharmacists treat me with dignity.

As always, superior pharmacist & staff. Got my 2nd shingles vax without appnt! So grateful. Thank you.

The employees at this store are amazing!! They handle so many different people , with different needs and issues and are still smiling when you see them, i give them so much credit, i could never be that good.

This CVS branch is fantastic.

Uneven service to be sure, but considering the enormous challenges this location faces, I’m usually impressed. I’ve been using it for 7 years because it’s the most convenient, and because: yes, there are certain mean, uncaring pharmacy staff, but there are also consistently above-and-beyond wonderful staff. Watch, ask around, and it’ll be obvious who to avoid. The good seeds definitely compensate for those who just shouldn’t be there.

The first time I got my needles for my testosterone injections they failed to give me my drawing needle, which led me to inject air a couple times into my thigh. I'm okay, obviously, otherwise I wouldn't be typing, and the mistake wasn't made again. Otherwise, they have consistent and reliable service.

Can get everything. Things on sale. Good pharmacy. Can get shots and vaccines. Service good with downtown location.

Safe and clean. My interactions here have always been perfectly pleasant.

Always helpful in the pharmacy, especially when Tim Metzger was there!

Limited selection, but it has the basics and the location is convenient.
