Food. Service. Atmosphere. All of it was top notch. The Brussels were amazing. Fish tacos were a win. Drinks are great! Will be back when visiting again.

I just left this restaurant very satisfied. It was my first time with my friend. We ordered four appetizers. The steak & cheese egg roll, the calamari, buffalo chicken dip and the bruscheta. I returned the bruscheta because it tasted like watered down tomatoes, and I believe it had sourcream. The egg and cheese egg rolls were good. The chicken buffalo dip and the calamary were my favorites. For entrées My friend ordered the steak tips with mashed potatoes and broccoli (this one is her favorite) and I ordered the spinach risotto with scallops and it was delicious! We also ordered the Strawberry lemonade and although I do not like lemonade this one was delicious, I dream it all 😁.We sat outside and the view was gorgeous and atmosphere was perfect. The indoor restaurant is beautiful as well. The waiter was amazing!! She definitely made the experience a 10. Thank you Grace P. I will be back.

Went to the Boathouse for the first time in 3 years. We went early and sat at the bar. It was quiet, the staff was prepping for a busy night. We were greeted immediately by a bartender in a festive way. We ordered our drinks and a order of the mussels. We were not disappointed in the mussels. As a true New Englander I am always looking for the best seafood.
The mussels were served with a spicy tomato red sauce. The kitchen painstakingly inserted spicy Italian sausage in each opened mussel. The flavor was incredible, the mussels were spot on for the tenderness. Best mussels I have ever had.
The baked stuffed shrimp is served broiling hot. The stuffing was not heavy, shrimp cooked perfectly.
We will be going back again.

Incredible service, great staff and excellent views make this a perfect place to have any meal! We shared an amazing Mussel Fra'Diablo that was full of flavor and the mussels were cooked to perfection! The blackened fish tacos were cooked to perfection with just enough spice to make it blackened but not over spiced to take away from the fish.

Don't miss out on the fantastic cocktails and huge draft list! Desserts were on point as well! We will definitely be back!

We parked the boat in the guest docks and got takeout here! It was a beautiful night so we took our takeout to a beach and ate it there. We had the bruschetta flatbread which was delicious but honestly probably better to eat in-house because it got a little soggy the way it was packaged.

We also had steak and cheese egg rolls and the crab cake poppers. Everything was great and it was a perfect dinner shared between two people.

We will be doing this again, maybe on a night where we don't have the pup and can dine in and have drinks at the new outdoor bar the marina has!

Really nice lunch menu with seafood options. And also good drinks. Lunches were $15-$20 with the random $2 up charges. Great service and nice atmosphere where you can hear each other speak. Gorgeous views as well to the water.

Went for a friend's birthday. Food was so good!! Friendly server. Huge portions and great prices. I want to go back for brunch.

ABSOLUTELY LOVED the Brisket Sheppards Pie and the stuffed mushrooms. I don't remember our servers name but i do know she was supposed to be off on that day, a member of my family requested her and she came in just for us. She's the best at the Boathouse. Definitely will go back. Thank you Boathouse.

Great drinks and food. Pictured are the steak and cheese egg rolls (delicious) - it came with 4 but I was so hungry I already started eating -- sorry. Lovely view and probably very nice in the summer with more green trees.

The location on the river was really nice with great reviews. We went early afternoon for Sunday brunch and the place was packed. The restaurant is really big with a separate bar, a private room and even outdoor dinner as well. Really good menu and big drink selection.

Excellent seafood. We were seated immedietely at pur desired spot when we arrived around 5 p.m. The food and drinks were definitely worth the price and the experience was a bonus.

I used to think teleportation was my favorite super power, but after coming here I wish I could slow down time.

Absolutely beautiful place, fast and wonderful service, great food. My family did not make a reservation but our wait time estimate was 15 minutes and was completely accurate. Our server was awesome and made great recommendations, I unfortunately can’t remember her name. The food was awesome and so many choices!!! I will be back for sure!!!

I ordered the braised short rib. It was delicious! Our waitress was attentive. The views are amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food was amazing!!! If I cud I wud give the Mac n cheese 100 stars!!! I love our waitress Jolene- she was so sweet n friendly n awesome!!!!! I was disappointed tho in th other workers. There was a lot of them just standing around doin nothing except taking pics of us on th “sly” th whole time we wer there… it seemed rather rude n made us feel uncomfortable.

The outside dining hosts/servers worked quickly to seat and serve meals considering the Father's Day holiday guests. My server, Ella was very attentive, my meal was superb (Hawaiian BBQ Salmon with Pineapple Salsa and Bacon Fried Rice), and so was my outdoor dining view. I'm certainly coming back again!

If your looking for great Appetizers and specialty drinks this place is definitely hard to beat !! Waitstaff is always super attentive !! All around a nice place to go to and enjoy the oviance ❤

We have been going to The Boathouse for years. All the servers have been great and the drinks and food have been good consistently. Reasonably priced with a great view of the Connecticut River. We look forward to returning!

Great venue for a group gathering. We held our high school reunion here last weekend and everyone had a fantastic time. We had a separate dining area with a view of the marina and the Connecticut River. Food was delicious (as expected as it's owned by the Yee family who also own Johnny's Bar & Grill and The Student Prince). Erica was our server for the buffet luncheon and she was very friendly, attentive and efficient, nice atmosphere. We all went on a boat ride after lunch on the Lady Bea. They also have an area for other restaurant patrons, great bar and outdoor covered seating. Highly recommend!
