Never had an issue and staff (in person and VIA email) are always quick to respond and every bit helpful.
Love that its medical AND offers medical delivery. The point system is gaaame changer.

My only gripe? When going to NETA the exit door is confusing/it takes you by surprise at first. But now im a seasoned NETA "flyer" and its like rolling a blunt-confusing at first but now i can do it in my sleep.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff in an organized and professional business. May just be the best-run business (of any kind) that I use. Also, medical marijuana patients have reserved parking and are served first. Definitely recommend.

Miguel knows customer service. Being a senior citizen and a woman going into a cannabis shop is intimidating. He made my visits stress-free and so delightful! He was patient and kind. Very knowledgeable in product. I would highly recommend this store and Miguel. 😊

Update! 2/19/2023 Neta is still amazing! I got a A tasty selzer And a disposable cart today and They were Delicious!! That vape had such a amazing citrus flavor it was heavenly 😋 😍

The folks here are amazing!! They're all super friendly and knowledgeable. Of all the medical and recreational dispensaries in the area, (and there are A LOT) I've been to almost every single one and neta always has the best service and pricing available. A big thanks to neta for leading the way, and always looking out for your med patients!!

Nice place with a very organized system. We reserved our order ahead on the website which was a very easy process. We were in and out within 15 minutes of getting there. The line for those that didn't reserve seemed to be moving quick! Friendly staff, nice selection and reasonable prices. Nice job NETA!

NETA has all your cannabis needs from time to time they have extremely good offers such as 10 pre-rolls that are .75 G a piece for $30 before tax which is unbelievable because they are $12 a piece normally so you are paying $30 for $120 worth of pre-rolls great deal and I am a returning customer I've been there at least 10 times

Very good experience. The were quick and efficient. Everything went incredibly easy. I felt like they were there to answer any questions and felt like the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The prices were fair. The store is set up nice as well. The parking lot was nice and had no trouble finding parking. There’s 3 officers as well directing the traffic.

Really great. Truly a professional operation, kind and knowledgeable staff, and an all-around good atmosphere. The only catch is the length of the line, which can mean up to hours of wait time. In my opinion, it’s worth the wait 👌
