Great customer service, by the way save alot has your carts. I don't know if you've had any large amount of carts stolen recently but that one time you had footage of a uhaul truck taking them it was the owner and his cousin. Verify the date of the incident and go to the uhaul rental place in Chicopee near Walmart and verify a uhaul rental under the last name Pena or Lora around that same time. They also pay the homeless outside their establishment for carts they bring to them. I seen one the other day going up the hill with it and bringing it straight to save alot..You're welcome.

This location is mostly good all the time. They are mostly stocked up all the time and rarely ever run out of staple items or sale items. The produce is better than most stop & shops and its generally very fresh but does occasionally have under ripe selections or rotation not happening properly thereby having rotten selections on the shelves sometimes. Over all a good grocery store tho. The staff is nearly all friendly and prompt to help when needed.

They always come through for groceries. Nice, clean store, and the employees are always helpful. Thank you.

This location is fabulous! Great selection and very helpful staff. Better than many of the Stop and Shops.

I had ordered threw the phone a cupcake theme barbie cake for my 7yrld. And i was very worried of how it would look. But all that went away when i got there and saw it. It was so beautiful. Her hand writing and everything. I am very pleased. They were so nice. Definitely recommend.. And it was very affordable. $29.99 for 30 cup cakes.. 👍👍

Absolutely great place for groceries.

This is one of the better and cleanest stop and shops they always are stocked up on everything which means that the night crew does there job .

This review is long over due for a cashier named Eli. I’m not sure if they even work here anymore, but they were literally the best cashier and bagger I’ve ever had. I am one of those people who puts everything on the belt in the order it should be packed. You know heavy on the bottom, eggs on top. Cold stuff grouped together with my insulated bags. Even so never fails I have melted ice cream in a regular bag with eggs bread on the bottom and cans on top. Anyways Eli bagged my items so perfectly that I wanted to give them a hug! I did throw some compliments but I really should have tipped them !! And they were efficient while doing so which is also rare. Thank you Eli. You get it and I hope this review gets you a raise!!! Stop n Shop is a nice grocery store. The deals you get on the card and using coupons really add up, the staff is friendly and helpful. Big Y has certain advantages like a better meat selection, but it is also overall more expensive. Stop n Shop has a great great product and health foods section.

The staff is very friendly. It's clean store everything is easy to find. The prices are better than other stores. It has many varieties to choose from like meats to vegetables and fruits. Every isle is in order for example all the dairy products are in the dairy isle all the soda is in another isle so on.

We ran in to grab some lunch meat on Sunday afternoon and Tina A. at the deli was awesome! Her customer service was great, she was funny and very friendly! We don’t normally go to S & S, but will start now thanks to her. That woman deserves a huge thank you and a raise!

Great place to shop. Great meats and vegetables. Great selection of items. Fair pricing. Like greeting family. I see the same employees year after year. It must be a good place to work because the employee turnover appears to be close to zero.

I always go here which is about equidistant from my house in South Hadley. The prices are better, more selection, faster check out, there is A gas station, A liquor store and two different banks and the pharmacy is fast, convenient and intelligent.
Stop And Shop is A better option.

Love this location. Have been the best in organization and cleanliness since outbreak of the pandemic. Today one of the staff Mike cleared off the snow from my car's backend and wheel cover.
