AT&T Store

Stopped in to AT&T today for a speaker issue on my phone. Long story short, I ended up with an upgrade AND a watch to match!! Ty was beyond amazing with his service and knowledge! He was able to lower my bill and increase my service all around! Highly recommend making the drive to Chatham for any of your cellular needs!!!

After avoiding other locations due to several not so great experiences, I decided to try out the Chatham, IL location instead. I was able to sit down as soon as I walked in and get everything and more that I came for. The Manager, Jake along with Sales Associates, Ty and Gabe, were all extremely pleasant and helpful. They worked as a team and made sure that all of my account issues were straightened out, questions answered, and that I was able to take advantage of all of the current discounts and deals. Changes, upgrades, new lines and a few new devices later, and I was good to go. Huge thank you to the Chatham AT&T team for their professionalism, patience, and knowledge. I highly recommend you go see them for all of your mobile needs!

AT&T Store in Chatham Illinois is a great place to get your answers on you questions! A Real Friendly and knowledgeable Staff there! They treat you like family! And Gabriel knows his stuff!

Connor the rep that helped us was amazing. He was very friendly, did everything for us that we came in for. Connor even helped us with a new plan that is saving us money on our bill. I got to say I think this visit was the best visit I've had at any AT&T store. Connor made it a great visit & I wish more employees would look to be like him.

My wife and I came in, and we was greeted as soon as we walked into the store. Sales people were busy with a couple of customers, but we were helped with our service in less then 5 minutes. We greatly appreciated the information about the Iphone 13 special that was going on, and Nick the store Manager was the one helping us. Not only was his service outstanding, but he is saving us money each month compared to our previous contract. We are so happy that we came in to get new phones, because our experience at the Chatham Illinois AT&T was amazing. We will highly recommend the store to all our friends and family.

Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, and even helped me set up my new phone. They we patient with my lack of knowledge. They answered all my questions an concerns without making me feel dumb. One of the best experiences I have ever had buying a new phone. I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend this location.

I had some issues with the 800 number's customer service and so I went into the store. Leanne was amazing, assertive, and helped me with the issues I had. Excellent customer service. Started with a friendly smile, a greeting and getting down to helping me (as I was chasing three kids around the store). Just an overall great experience. If I have to deal with AT&T again, I will definitely come and see Leanne.
My issues were solved, she was knowledgeable in any questions and/or concerns I had! Thank you for that. Good customer service is hard to find anymore.

I love this store! Staff are fun, friendly and knowledgeable about the different devices and plans. They’ve helped me find a better plan that cost less money and included unlimited data. Ask for Lexi!

Had to go in and make sure that my Apple Watch would pair to my phone and a few other errors, I dealt with Jake and he was fantastic, highly recommend

Jared and his team were a big help. Got my upgrade taken care of and saw them take care of plenty of customers with various issues even if the person came in with an issue with a phone and not to make a purchase. I worked a long time in customer service so seeing work like that is always impressive.

I have numerous AT&T stores close to me, but choose to drive the 35 minutes to the Chatham store! I have done business with Nick & Lauren since they started there!!! They are definitely an asset to the company!! Hats off to those two!!! What a great team!!!!!

We went in to get a new phone. The staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushed us to spend more or buy anything we didn't need. My questions were answered honestly, and the staff even helped us save some money. This is the store we will be heading to for all of our phone needs from now on.

Leanne was extremely knowledgeable about AT@T services, products and promotions which resulted in savings while transferring a phone to our account and consolidation of individual insurance.
