Large store that sells a variety of art and craft supplies in Burlington. Paints, canvases, frames, dried flowers, holiday decorations, jewelry supplies, scrapbooking, kids projects. Prices are quite reasonable.

My number 1 favorite craft store. The customer service is great but stock has become limited on certain products that are commonly used in my eye.

Yarn selection is a bit lacking at times, but the self checkout gets rid of that dread about long craft store checkout lines.

I was there yesterday and it is a breath of fresh air compared to the other Michaels I have been in. The store is very neat and clean and well stocked. The team are very friendly . I was very impressed by the manager. He greeted every customer in the store. If anyone is ever in the Burlington area. I would strongly suggest to go in that store and you will be greatly satisfied.

We went looking for specific items related to Rainbow loom. Were able to find exactly what we wanted relatively quickly. Also found some nice sales for a couple of impulse buys. Self checkout was SUPER easy and fast. Michael's definitely does it right. Definitely my most recommended craft store.

This Michael's is amazing. The staff here is awesome. I have to say that I normally build all my own frames and boxes however I was in a huge rush for a retiring Marine and Kelly stepped up and saved the day. I will absolutely be back to have them help me in the future.

Very clean and spacious store. Amazing clearance section. Super easy to find what you are looking for. Staff is helpful and friendly too.

I always find great crafts for the kids to do as gifts for holidays. I especially love the cheap ($3ish) seasonal crafts usually stick on or mess free. I grab a few to throw in a drawer and have for a nice rainy day activity.

They have good deals, especially with coupons on the app. Coupons don't have weird requirements and exceptions to be actually used, so it doesn't feel like a hook and bait situation as a customer. All of their employees at this location have been kind, courteous, and helpful. My only wish is that they carried more wool yarns in-store as well since I'm an avid yarn consumer =D.

It's always fun to spend time shopping at Michaels! This location is spacious, well-organized, and the staff is super friendly. They also offer an option to prepay and pick up your order, which is great. Thanks!

Awesome store with friendly and helpful staff! A place where you can pick-up all sorts of items for your crafts needs. In addition to this, there is a wide variety of picture frames in the back of the store, and well as plenty of decorative objects for the home. A nice and convenient store definitely worth a visit!!!!

I love this store. I was looking for something and a young man bent over backwards to find me what I was looking for. I couldn't find the yarn I wanted and he spent 20 minutes calling another store who had it. When I got to the store, they had the yarn behind the counter waiting for me. Very efficient and friendly people.

A pretty complete craft store. There is self check out but you can not use coupons and debit/ credit card with their system.

I had an excellent experience with custom framing recently. Highly recommend. The framing staff are knowledgeable, friendly and will work with you to find a matte/frame combo that sets off your artwork or photos.

I was surprised to see low reviews for this location. I was just there and the employees were wonderful! I was approached a couple of times and asked if I needed help, and the cashier helped me with coupons and I ended up saving like $20. I'm definitely going back there whenever I need anything.

I was at Burlington store Monday, August 16th, 2021. Andrea checked me out. She was very very helpful, a lot of patience, courteous and knew what she was doing. She was great. Will go back again and again.

Staff is very friendly and helpful, also generous with helping find and using coupons from phone for those who aren't tech wizards!(Have not had good experience with a competitor store especially in regards to matching coupons and their off putting staff) Michaels has tons of stuff and lots of sales too. It's my go to craft and yarn store😊
