It was my first time visiting store. The cashier and lovely lady working the floor were very helpful. I went for a particular type of braiding hair with a specific color in mind. They had it! I will only do my shopping at KS. :)

I have been coming to this store for 5 years, since i moved to Dallas Texas, I have always been treated with RESPECT by all employees. I have been greeted every single time i came in. Yes the Store is small, but the service i receive is outstanding and out weighs the space. I always have a good customer experience. I have noticed some of the comments about products and or service. FYI 1. as far as products all receipts and postings say no refunds or exchange on used opened products 2 $100 for hair is not that much. 3. as far as attitude lol i laugh at you people, theses are the sweetest people, they give you back your negative energy in dubbs. so you come in with an attitude don't expect not to get matched with one back, its a natural human reaction for people... I love this store and products in 5 years i have never been disappointed and i love the sales.

I love this place so much! They have such amazing deals on braiding hair, wigs, tools and accessories for DIYers or techs (hair & nail).

Very small and often cramped, but they always have just what I need whether it be root touch up or eyelashes and makeup. Very nice staff
