The time of day I went (10am) there were NO lines. Everything running smoothly. Don't know her name at the Customer Service desk but she was Very Kind, happy to be there, and helpful. Not like the 1st time I went there when I first moved here 10yrs ago. That's s place was chaotic, rude, like nes, and it was messy! Nothing like back home (VA) Kroger s. So needless to say this place has come along way😁 hopefully they keep it up

Today I had the best experience at Kroger. I had a last minute birthday cake I had to pick up and the young lady it was for loved black and skulls. Doretha was kind enough to find me a cake, airbrush it for me and it was exactly what I wanted and it made Sammys day. Thank you for making Sammys day great!

The employees are terrific! So very nice and helpful in every way. And the customers are generally very nice, too!

This is my second time doing pick up from this Krogers.And a lady name Jennifer helped me .She was so nice and warmed hearted. Some of the items I ordered they didn’t have in stock and she took the time to tell me similar items they had .WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER IN THIS WORLD!!! Thank You Jennifer ❤

Haven't had any issues here. They are a great store to shop at. I like going for markdown deals. Grocery pickup is really good. I had one employee Jennifer that went above and beyond when getting my things in the car. I've yet to meet a bad employee there.

That is a nice Kroger location. It is clean and there is space between food stands to walk. The service was good and they answered the questions we had and weren't rude like some other locations. Pricing is Kroger pricing but they had some good deals and on-sale stuff I didn't see at the other location near my home.

I love to shop here. It's my go to for anything I need. Plus the staff is wonderful. They always greet me with a smile and they're willing to help you with anything.

Jennifer deserves a raise. I was highly upset because my pickup order was delayed by a few hours and I was not notified until I was already at the store. I screamed at her and took all my frustrations out on her. She was calm and understanding. I left feeling terrible for the way I treated her. I hope she can forgive me!

Krogers is always a good experience. Every now and then you have rude people and managers. You always come in and leave quickly. They need to reorganize the self checkout line. It's crazy and you don't know where to stand. You get tired of people cutting in front of you.

I miss that Christopher Judy guy. He was the best worker I’ve ever seen at this store. He was so beautiful and they should shut this place down until he returns.

This is specifically about the bakery. The baker did an excellent job! She baked a chocolate and a vanilla cake for my wedding on October 9! She showed great customer service and she did an excellent job with the cakes! They looked beautiful and they tasted awesome too! Everyone at the wedding thought so too!

Kroger helped celebrate a last minute birthday.The only grocery store that carried a marble cake. Thanks God for Kroger.

Very nice and good service

Whole experience with the bakery department has been outstanding. I called and talked to a very nice lady about ordering a cake and picked it up the next day. Everyone was very friendly and the cake was fantastic, the birthday boy loved it. I had tried two other places, neither seemed to be intrested as making the cookie cake for me, there was no hesitation and she offered immediately to have a ready for me the next morning. This kroger now has another loyal customer

I've enjoyed going to this Kroger for two years. I always find what I need and have never stood in line for an unreasonable amount of time. When I had a problem this week, 2 of the folks working there were friendly and went out of their way to help me. Helpfulness and friendliness can be expected at this store, in my experience, but in this case I felt prompted to write a review because these people were marvelous even in the middle of a pandemic, with all its accompanying stress and potential unpleasantness.

Deborah from the seafood department is one of the best Kroger staff members I’ve ever encountered! She makes every visit delightful and her expertise is phenomenal. She’s deserves employee of the year! Thank you for all your help Deborah.

I went into this Kroger for the first time I went through the self checkout the sales Associate name Shonda is amazing she is very knowledgeable about the sales and her customer service is amazing I went and gave her a complement to her manager and found out she is new. I recommend going threw her line anytime .
