This location is busy but the Manager there is awesome and hired INCREDIBLY warm Associates with great customer service skills that you don't find in the 21st century. Kudos*****

I want to take a moment to acknowledge the lady who is working right now… at this moment(I was just in the store around 6:05pm- 05/28/23). I looked at her name tag but didn’t catch it. My receipt says Tracy. She is so kind and sweet. And she wasn’t discriminating with who she shows her kindness to. Literally had a line of different people and she showed patience and attentiveness with each of us. I see a previous review stated that the workers here go out of their way to get you what you need and that’s exactly what I witnessed. Someone was looking for needle and thread and she went looking for it. The guy said he couldn’t find it and neither could she at that moment. She even remembered that a customer had it some days prior and had put it back but apparently didn’t put it back in the right place. So she continued to check the man out and right before they finished, she went looking for it once more. She found it too! The man said, you don’t give up lol. That is what I call customer service, NO MATTER where you work. This is exactly how I was when I worked retail and I feel like people are so quick to give negative reviews but we barely take time to write positive ones. So, I decided to send some praise her way. Keep it up Tracy! You deserve a raise or three. We need more workers like you.

At this location the employee's are very helpful and friendly too.

If you are looking for a specific item, the ladies there take note, take your number and they call you when the items arrive.
I love to go to a store and see the employees eager to help you. The best dollar tree in Dallas area !

Cheap stuff in a great location. Staff here are super nice and treat you like family. The older black lady at the cashier has a beautiful voice. When she called another staff member to the front I thought to myself "lord almighty, why is this lady working here?! This lady could be a great R&B singer". No really, this ladies voice was soothing as hell and changed my day instantly like a call from heaven. Will definitely be returning, lord willing.

I've never been treated more rude, I went to pickup my package. I asked for the manager and a Hispanic young lady identify her self as one, she looked at my phone, after waiting 20 min and told me she did not have time to find my package. I was told to come back tomorrow, that it was only her and one cashier. She did not have time, I informed her that tomorrow was my birthday and could and would not come back. I see you do not offer refunds. Why? Do you really expect me to return to this store? I will patiently wait for a response from you. Irene Kantor.

Today was a stark difference from the gloom that hung low over Dollar Tree last night, my faith in Dollar Tree has been renewed. After what happened I had to let it be known, today I had a wonderful visitor. Standing in my doorway was a supervisor from Dollar Tree, holding an arrangement of Birthday balloons and my order. She let me know that when you feel strongly about things it's contagious. She had my order and balloons too.
Above and beyond what she could or should have done. Thank you. I remain a dedicated customer.
You have really made my birthday special

I’ve lived in the area for 6 years, so I frequent Dollar Tree quite often, Today is.the first day I experienced Real True Customer Service With Quality Care, as all employees should exemplify at the store; Printice was an employee whose helped me, I must say this young man has great potential in leader ship, just by his demeanor, his energy is different than the rest of the employees, he has positive energy and it exudes in his kind respectful personality. He is a Pillar of the Community as well, that’s how I recognized him, he is in the community helping people as well, so this is a good fit for him and a good look for the company.

It was very busy but they got more help to check people out. Very low on stock but it looked like they had some new products, so must be trying to remodel the store. I love the Dollar Tree! I go in for a couple of things and come out with 30 things.

Thank you Miss Sheila for all your excellent help and kindness last night at the store. You and your highly trained efficient and friendly helpful staff are the most generous of politeness and the epitome of speedy informative and fast direction in-the store. And I might add, that the store had a great aroma when I came thru the door of cleanliness that upon walking thru the store I found it to be easy to navigate and find my way thru the store to finding and retrieving everything on my list and more. I found things to be in stock and on shelves as well as the store to be one of the most clean and in order. Its interesting to note that throughout the store Management and staff seemed to have a well oiled politeness and efficient togetherness that truly only a staff that is both highly knowledgeable about the store and products sold and like wise also a staff well versed and trained by the excellence of a divine Management and supervisor on staff. Madam,I commend you the A1 service I received in your store where I felt safe sound and completely comfortable shopping for what I needed. With in a hours time between when I arrived and upon checkout and departure at close, I spent over 150.00 and was extended a 10% discount and I was appreciative about with such surprise at never having had that extended anywhere with min the Metroplex at another store. This was a pleasant gift not expected and a perk. Whereas I never felt any added pressure to hurry or that each employee was watching the clock to leave. And that soon I would be asked to leave at closing in a hurried and possibly rude way. To the contrary, the atmosphere was very professional. In fact, I have never seen such a coordinated and polite staff eager to be of service in a store within any kind of store here in Dallas. On a scale of 1 to 10 of excellence I want you to know sincerely,and truthfully,Miss Sheila, you have a score of 20 and I will go further to say it to be the best store and staff in the Metroplex. My hat is off to you Ma'am and to your staff in acknowledgement of a grateful and happy patron of your store.Thank you and I look forward to a return excursion and to spending more of my employers money here at this store. This store is under new management and I love it. The store is now organized I can get in and out. The store manager is so nice and hard working I give her recognition because this Store is a hand full.

Employees were very helpful . The store was clean had a lot of inventory in it.

Love the Dollar tree even though everything have went up to $1.25 it's still a bargain to go shopping there found everything that I needed.

I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here. Although, it was crowded but, I got everything I needed, then some. LOL!!! Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

They have cheap name brand items now which I like for cleaning my house, they also have some of the cutest party and just for whatever decorations.
