Shoe Carnival

Honestly didn't know this shoe store was here till I dropped in after finding it on Google maps. The store is bigger than it looks from the outside and is setup nicely inside. Store aisles and shelves were clean, there's a wide variety of products to select from, and staff was polite and helpful when I asked for assistance. They didn't end up having the size I needed for a pair of shoes but that won't keep me from stopping back in.

Great selection of brand shoes!! Saw Nike, crocs… I found some beautiful nude heels for a last minute event at Shoe Carnival! Great quality and reasonable price.

The manager Serena did an amazing job helping me and my son looking for some shoes. She had a great personality and patience since my kid really picky about his shoes.

They carry some good brands and usually have some kind of sale. Bought 3 Paris of shoes yesterday for vacation. Tuesday is senior day and you save and extra 10%! Like supporting local economy and I can try on first!

I was trying to take advance of and online offer but I was having trouble finding it. The manager came and help me out even with a pair of shoes that I was unable to find. The store was clean and organized. I am very happy with the customer service that those employees offer.

Why have I not been here before now???! Found the exact shoes I needed for a party at a great price. Plus I saw so many more pair that I want to go back and get. And they carry Skechers!!!

Great place to pick up two pairs of shoes. They normally run a buy one get one 1/2 off pretty good. Also give him your email and they'll send you promotional that are actually really good and try to get in there and talk to the guy with the dreads. I didn't catch his name but he's pretty cool and he's got a lot of knowledge about shoes.

I got the best customer experience from Odell today. He took the time to make sure I found shoes that were to my liking in my size. He didn't get distracted with anything else and made sure our in store experience was A+

Love to get the by one at regular price get the other pair. Half off its sticker price. I get 2 pairs of clean kicks and the wife doesn't get mad mind you she gets her shoes there too and has about a 100 pair typical female in that respect off the charts in beauty !!!!!!! Thanks Ross for providing inexpensive footwear for regular people who wanna look and feel like they can dress with the best and it's our secret . i wont tell!!!

My daughter's to go to for shoe shopping. They have a large variety and don't bug you like most stores do.

We went to get some shoes for my brotherin law and they had a good selection and different varieties. We couldnt find a size and one of the staff asked us if we needed help right away. They always have some kind of special or shoes on clearance. The place is organized and clean

Love this store! If they don't have your size, no problem... They will order and either ship to store or your home. The sales people were helpful and friendly.

After returning another pair of shoes because they were too narrow, I was in line and overheard another woman raving about an "Odell" that helped her...... I then asked for him and he absolutely blew my mind! He helped me in every way possible. I ended up buying another pair of shoes ha ha.... If the powers that be are listening, he needs to be running your training program for all stores. His ability to answer my questions and anticipate my needs is far superior to any other place I have been to! Give that man a Regional Training position!

The store was nice and clean but it was warm in there they should have had the A/C on other than that the staff was friendly and it was quick to checkout.

Great selection and awesome sale and discount prices. Friendly customer service. And you get to spin the wheel for a prize - what more can you want?

I like this place. Small, but have a good variety and good price. Employees are helpful. No big lines at checkout.

I was able to find discount pricing for my brothers in Africa and they're so happy to get Nike shoes brand name Nike is all that matters right
