These 2 employees at the Richardson Lowe's were the absolute best. Mikala was excellent in explaining the different types of flooring and advising me on which ones are best for rentals. Christian loaded the flooring in my vehicle and was very pleasant and respectful. Some employees other locations in the Metroplex should get some tips on providing better customer service from these two.

I really love this Lowe's. The store is very clean and well laid out. Things are pretty easy to find and the aisles are marked clearly. The best thing? I'm always promptly greeted by a very friendly smiling employee anxious to help. I don't even have to ask. Not only do they tell me where to find what I need, but many times they'll walk me to the aisle and help me find what I need. Now that's service! Product selection is very good and they almost always have what I'm looking for. Prices are fair, self checkout is quick and easy, parking is good. They are so much better than HD. Thanks!😃

Handy place for all of your home and garden needs! Got 12 bags of these Mexican beach pebbles (don't let the name fool you. In real life, they're quite large) and some weed killer to keep the lawn pretty 😍👍

OK. I am a Home Depot guy. I love The Home Depot. When I retire, I'd love to work there. But work needed a tool ASAP. Lowe's was nearby. So, I did the unthinkable. I went in. For the first time ever. And I was VERY pleased with the experience. Good job Lowes.

We were struggling to find patio chairs that the Lowes website said were available. Within minutes, two workers were with us pulling them from upper shelves, and then asked if there was anything else they could do for us, and they seemed genuinely pleased to be of service.

I have bought quite a few plants from Lowes and had decent luck with them.

We moved to the area a few months ago and from the day we walked in to get our refrigerator, washer, and dryer, the staff has always been superb. Today we went in to rent the carpet cleaner and for a mower advertised with a free blower. We were a bit confused so asked for assistance. As the staff worked hard to help us, we realized the store was closing- I hate keeping staff past closing hours! We were contemplating coming back another day when they weren't closing, but then we came across the manager. He was very busy closing, but took the time to listen to our question, walk to the product with us and find an unopened box with exactly what we were looking for. During our visit, we interacted with six Lowe's reps and every single one of them was kind and willing to help us despite it being at the end of their day. Kudos to the entire team for making us feel like valued customers!

We go here a lot. We love this Lowes. The people are very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is they need more help.

Lowe's is truly an home improvement store. We always rushing there to pick up things to replace one thing or the other in our house and we never get disappointed. ✌

I'm shocked that this location has always had what I needed. Even today, I needed very specific hardware for furniture and they had EXACTLY what I was looking for in matching color. This location is very clean and has a logical and easy to navigate layout. Keep up the good work, you guys.
