AT&T Store

I want to start by saying I’ve been to several locations but I had a wonderful experience at this location. At first when I walked in, I was prompted to wait for a few minutes and that I would be attended to. Sabrina was excellent at attending to all my needs, very professional, knowledgeable, and steadfast at her job. Made my visit seamless. HONESTLY, she deserves a raise and more!!!

I always have a great Experience in this store. There is never a dull moment and each rep is always so helpful. And delightful 😊

Sabrina greeted us the moment we walked through the door. I was buying a new IPhone. Sabrina was so kind, professional & knowledgeable. She was a huge Hope transferring everything over to the new phone. I used to go to Best Buy to get new phones, now I will only come here. So quick & easy.

Matthew was very patient, very knowledgeable, very helpful during my selection of new iPhone 14. Conferenced with my Houston-located son. Gave me his schedule 4 rest of the week in case I had questions. Best A&T retail experience I have ever had.

Small retail space BIG client service. Patient. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Don’t try to upsell more iof ax phone than your needs dictate. Don’t push accessories either. Still, by asking questions I ended up with case, ear buds in a charging case, a strip charger for phone/watch/ earbuds. Got a better trade in for my iPhone 11 than was offered. Online. Back a month later when they cheerfully paired my watch with my IPhone 14.

Friendly staff and great service. Would highly recommend this location.

Came to this location after going twice to another location and not getting the help we needed. Jose Molina was patient and super helpful through the complicated process we had at hand. I will not go any other location again.

Great store. Instant customer service by knowledgeable friendly staff.

I had problems joining my retirement homes wifi. I had been talking with an AT&T technician who was extremely nice but my phone completely crashed. I went to the brick and mortar AT&T at 2160 Coit Rd. I was met with a most able technician. He took my phone, did a few tests and fixed the problem. He inserted a new SIM card and “Viola” my phone was working again. It took less than fifteen minutes. The technician was extremely capable and was also very cordial.

So helpful and Deepak fixed my phone within seconds!! Come with a little time because they can be busy, but great service ☺

I have been following my sales person Lorena store to store for years!! She's is the Greatest. I wish there was a Lorena in every AT&T store. Have the best Attitude in the world.

Sabrina was amazing & very helpful! She made me feel welcomed! Helped me upgrade my phone & transfer over all of my data from my old phone to my new phone!

The customer service representative at this store whose name is Jay was phenomenal. She was really attentive when I purchased a new phone, and she responded to every question and doubt that I had. I highly recommend this store, if you get to visit, make sure you ask for Jay. She will provide an awesome and quality service.

I'm not even an ATT customer but needed an accommodation so went to the ATT store on Coit. Sabrina was not only courteous, but was more than willing to help me. I am most appreciative and thank Sabrina along with the other ATT employees at the Coit and Campbell Road store. Thanks Sabrina.

The customer service here was awesome! The manager, Pierre, assisted me in ordering 2 new iPhone 7's and it arrived the next day! I wasn't looking to buy the 7 but Pierre told me about the trade in and was very patient with me and my decision, he wasn't pushy at all and answered any and all questions that I had about the plan. I recommend coming to this store for any issues or new purchases, best customer service I've ever had at a phone store.

I'm always welcome at AT&T and I have never experienced any problem there.

For many years I have been a customer at the att store on Preston road. Recently I have been coming to this location. The attitude I receive here is very positive and helpful. I did not receive a good outlook at the Preston store. Austin at this location is very knowledgeable, very helpful, and with a positive attitude. Austin is the best! Come see him!
