So far I have been able to find some cool stuff in boutique section. The store is large and has huge selection so you won't leave empty handed.

Feb 2019: I bought brand name ties for $2.99 (usually $20) and got 3 JoS A Bank shirts for $4.99 each (usually $50) or more. It's fun finding clothes that are usually an amazing amount! 🙂

This place is great. Obviously, it's a thrift store so you expect low prices. One of the good things I like about this place is it is very organized and clean on the inside. I'm comparing to a Goodwill or other thrift stores I've been in. Good quality service and good clothes to sort through. Also very spacious.

The fitting rooms are well monitored and a worker is always there to help and unlock a room when needed. Clean restrooms and also needs to be unlocked.

A negative, their digital payment system did not work both times I was at the counter. But the friendly workers make up for it. Something else that these guys have is a loyalty program. I like that.

What particularly stands out to me about this place is its remarkable level of organization and cleanliness on the inside.

The fitting rooms here are well-maintained, and there's always an attentive staff member available to assist and unlock a room if needed. The restrooms are clean and also require an unlocking, which adds to the overall sense of security.

Friendly and accommodating staff. They provide top-notch service and offer a great selection of clothing.

The space inside is also quite generous.

Overall, 5/5. Highly recommended.

First time at this store. Took my teenager and found exactly what I was looking for, due to color coded clothes. Will be back this weekend with more time on our hands.

One of my favorite hobbies is thrifting, and I have visited nearly every single one in the metroplex in search of the best of the best in an effort to compose a "Thrifting Dallas" guide. This is, by far, one of the most consistent thrift stores in the DFW area. Every time I bring a family member or friend here, they're impressed by the experience and ask when I'm going next so they can tag along, haha.

It's not necessarily the cheapest, per se (that title still belongs to Family Thrift Outlet), but it is one the cleanest and most organized and well-stocked with nice products. Some thrift stores I go to will be packed with overpriced (literal) trash... Thrift City - Richardson has a ton of brand name items in great condition. I've had found deals on business clothes, formal wear, sportswear/gear, high quality textiles, barely worn shoes, purses, and so forth. I'm a plus sized hijabi and always find modest friendly clothes and pretty scarves. I'm impressed by the large selection of plus size clothes they carry. Almost every time I enter with a need in mind, I happen to find that item! The associates running the backrooms, floors, and registers are friendly and efficient, constantly hustling to get out loads of product by the hour. On their busiest days, the line will be wrapped around the store, with carts mounded with clothes, shoes, home goods, and toys and they will STILL be well-stocked for the next round of customers. Their fitting rooms are large and decently lit; you'll have to wait for an associate to come unlock them for you. Their restrooms are located in the back right of the store; you'll also have to have them unlock it for you.

The price point starts at $1.99, and they try to reasonably price their items based on condition and brand name. Sometimes it's a little much, but that's seldom the case as they run deals constantly: every week there's a new set of color tags that are on sale, 50% off. For special weekends/holidays -- which can be quite often -- they run 75% off sales on various colors. If you sign up for their free TC Rewards Program, you earn reward points that become dollars off your next purchase (i.e., each dollar spent = 10 points, every 500 points = $1). If you sign up, they'll give you a physical rewards card or you can give your phone number when checking out to earn points for your purchase.

I’ve shopped here multiple times and I can honestly say that you get so much with a low price. I have bought so many unique pieces and name brand pieces for such a low price compared to what I would pay for them originally. The staff is great, they are helpful and are always working to organize the place.

I can come here and get some great deals on clothing and household items. The prices and discounts are awesome as well as a rewards card. Merchandise is always coming in and not too crowded. The staff are courteous and Friendly too!

Best thrift store ever. I’ve been going there for a few years now and I love finding a good buy here with my girls. The prices are usually less than 5$ unless it’s expensive things like jeans or jackets. It’s also pretty clean for a thrift store. If you focus too much you’ll smell the bad odor, but if you wear a mask you shouldn’t smell it.

Update! The staple tags are gone!!! It doesn't get better than this place. The prices are amazing and the deals are unbelievable. I go here too much. I only wish they'd find another way to put on tags (they staple them so careful...I've cut myself) and that they had more dressing rooms or at least enforced the rules. But really great prices, great staff.

I found a Waterford bud vase in perfect condition for $3.99. I also found a Robinson Ransbottom pottery container, missing the lid for $5.99 and 5 like new Royal Worchester Evesham Gold Malvern saucers, also $5.99. A few weeks ago I found 2 Waterford Marquis goblets in perfect condition for $2.99 each. They're pretty good at identifying the "good stuff", but obviously they miss a few.

I agree, clean organized store. Friendly staff who are always working to keep the place straight and organized. There are never kids running around making messes and screaming. I like the Boutique section that they have at the very front of the store. Here they have some very nice name brand items that are in excellent shape. If you sign up for their email list they will email you when they have Specials like 75% off all red and green tags. On Holidays they often have 50% off all clothes or all shoes etc. they do not send too many emails either. They do not have furniture in case that's what you are needing.

What a gem!!! They have a huge plus section, a lot of really neat vintage clothing items and at a great price. .89 and up for tanks, t-shirts 1.99-2.99, I actually found a few vintage tops that once I take out the shoulder pads will be nice for work. Very impressed!!

I was so impressed by how organized everything was in the sections. The aisles were very wide and neat. The clothing racks and shelves were neatly-kept. I will be recommending this thrift store to friends and returning myself!
