I went in just to try some new shoes so that I could add them to my gift list for the upcoming holidays. Even knowing I wouldn't be buying today, Noah in the shoes department was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. He was polite to everyone he encountered and managed helping several people at once.

When I finally make my purchase, I plan to buy from him.

Went in to get 14 YETI'S for my client and there weren't enough available. Hunter stopped what he was doing, he was an extremely polite young man helped me search nearby stores (out of stock) and ended up ordering them for me and will get them here in time for our project. His parents should be proud be has a lot of respect for others and is a well polished young man. Hope his manager notices this also!

A good one stop shop for all sports items

very good experience. this worker i think his name was nino? helped me out and he was very helpful with helping me find the nike socks i wanted and his customer service was amazing. I would 100% recommend him for other employees.

Found everything really easy due to the place being well organized. Picked up two volleyball's and a couple other things, The gentleman at the cash register was polite and friendly. Definitely check this place out for your sporting goods. Was observing everyone else here casually and they all care about giving people good service and were knowledgeable about the products.

Definitely a nice looking store. One of the more quieter ones in terms of amount of customers, which I love because sizes are never sold out! Trevor in the golf section has been nothing short of amazing.

Found a coupon online while in store and decided to just order what we liked. It said to give them an hour to process, so we went to chili's across the street. they ended up grabbing our items in 9 minutes!!! Very impressive indeed! great job. friendly, wonderful associates too. keep it up!

Great, new location with plenty of staff to help. I took a return to the store that was a gift purchased online. They were able to quickly refund the purchase amount to my card and I was able to use that to re-purchase the item. This was a pair of boots not sold in the stores, otherwise I could have taken care of it all in store. I didn't have to wait for a crowded customer service line as the cashiers can process returns/exchanges.

We were looking to but a canoe but were inexperienced in boating. The staff got a canoe out of the back and hauled it to a place my kids get in to try it. They were extremely helpful in getting me everything I needed and even teaching me what I needed to do too load the canoe. Great emoloyees, great store. I highly recommend this location.

Great experience with Simmons in the baseball department!! My son needed a new bat and he walked us through the differences between bats. He also watched my son swing with different bats in order to suggest which weight would work best for him. We appreciate this expertise!!!

This location continues to out due themselves every single time. It is always kept very clean and neat. There are always plenty of employees because one time I went and had over 18 employees ask if I needed help with anything. I appreciated the great service it was impressive to see a store with so many helpful workers.

After an accident, I wasn't able to drive for quite some time and decided to take up biking to get around. It's now a huge hobby of mine and I'm quite sure what I'm riding today wouldn't be found in their store, but if you're looking for something to get started with I definitely recommend swinging by.

I called ahead and worked with Sam and he did a great job of getting me set up with a bike and was more knowledgeable about their product than I expect out of a big box store.

I was really happy with my experience at Dick's. As soon as I walked in there was a lady who's ready to show me whatever I wanted to see. I just went there to buy some shoes so I went back to the shoe section and I was surprised how many people were working there and how knowledgeable day seems to be about the selection of shoes. It's nice to go somewhere where there's not a bunch of 12 year old kids working. I found two nice pairs of shoes one for 29.99 and and one for $49.99. They are running shoes. One was New Balance and the other one was a Reebok.

I was looking for compression shorts for my son. I was helped immediately at the door and escorted to the section in the store that carried the product. It was fast, easy, and affordable (compared to other stores with the same product). The girl at checkout quickly rang me up and realized my address hadn't been updated. She changed my phone number, address, and email address to be sure I was recieving pertinent emails and discounts.
