you guys are amazing.

(TL;DR) they kept our baby gender a secret for us and willingly put together our gender reveal box while still maintaining the surprise! thank you guys so much!

so we found out our rainbow baby’s gender and we didn’t know it yet and we wanted it to be a surprise so we just brought in the sealed envelope and took it to the front counter and asked them if they wouldn’t mind keeping it a secret from us but if they wouldn’t mind grabbing us the gender reveal ballon box and putting this together for us. Our family’s are all spread about, so we wouldn’t get to have everyone here to do a “real” gender reveal party, just myself and my husband. Anywaysss! The ladies working we’re so excited to be the first ones to know our baby’s gender (besides the ultrasound tech) but they did an amazing job and even had it super sealed up so it wouldn’t accidentally reveal it until we were ready to open it!

My dad's 80th (virtual) birthday party Was wonderful. He loved all 80 balloons and seeing friends and family from all over the globe via Facebook Messenger.

Online ordering and curbside Balloon pick up is the best. Never again will I wait in line running late and then be told they don’t have something in stock. Pics online show you exactly what to expect and if what you want is in stock. Lifesaver for our 3 family bdays in April 🤩

I always love party City because there's so much stuff and it's always fun for me it's like a kid in a candy shop. They always have fun things and for every color and every holiday and every occasion and it's just a blast to go in. My daughter also loves to go in there and she's a doctor. Would recommend a friend 10 out of 10 great job party City

We went to a Gilbert location first and then realized that we needed to head to the Ahwatukee location in order to get delivery service as our party is located near there. I saw a young female appearing to be working on a balloon bouquet behind the counter. I also saw another employee behind the counter who was on the phone. So I politely stood back a few steps from the counter and waited for one of them to call me up when they were ready. The female asked me if I was picking up an order. I said that I was actually looking to place an order. She then sarcastically says, "Well, you have to come to the counter so we can actually help you." This girl was so lucky that I have changed my ways! I told her that I wasn't sure which one of them were available and was waiting to be called up. At that very moment, a third employee kindly greets my husband, who's standing a few feet from me. I told the rude female employee that I'll go work with them instead, and I walked away. It turns out that the nice employee who greeted my husband was the manager. His name was Eli. I told him about how rude the female employee was, and he sincerely apologized. He said he'd been tasked with getting that location's customer service back up to par and that he'd be addressing her behavior really soon. He took our order and made sure we were taken care of. The visit turned out to be wonderful, so I'm giving this location 5 stars.

Had my balloons ready to go and checked me out quickly, plus the cashier was very polite.

Good customer service, good variety

Hello I wanted to tell my experience at this store after driving from other party city in Mesa and they didn’t have the item I needed today I walked in to find shot shooters for cupcakes I found a pack but it only had 10 inside and it was supposed to have 12 I was given a discount but Dontrell and other employees made sure they double checked to make sure if they had anymore they was able to find another pack for me and I was super satisfied customer service was on point made me have a good experience it’s the little things that matter thanks for making my experience at this store awesome Mommie cakes 🍰

I came here looking for both Halloween and birthday items and I was not disappointed. I found all of the Halloween great that I needed for my costume along with some party wares.
I also found the perfect themed items for a birthday celebration, all at a decent price. I was also able to get great balloons that stayed filled and afloat over a month after they were filled!

This place is pretty cool. They have almost everything for parties, baby showers,graduations, birthdays, you name it and they are 99% of the time they are gonna have it. The prices are amazing and you can buy so much and have a great time decorating for any kind of celebration. Halloween time is the best. They have a huge wall that spans the entire wall from when you walk in till you get to the back of the store full of costumes.

I had some very specific items that I needed for my Halloween costume. I was'nt in the mood to look all over the store for what I wanted. Luckily for me there was a young gentleman who was so helpful and guided me right to the items I wanted. I was so happy, because I hadn't seen the item I needed in any other stores selling Halloween costumes. I was in and out in a flash. I am Definitely a very happy and satisfied customer!!!

Ran inside & got several gallons & supplies for a graduation party! The staff was very helpful!

Today Party City went about and beyond for my family today. I placed a birthday balloon order, for my niece who is 7 years old today, late yesterday requesting delivery for this morning. The balloons were delivered to the wrong address and the people decide to be selfish and kept the balloons. We called Party City explained the situation and Alex the manager personally delivered an upgraded balloon boutique. Thank you Party City for making my niece feel special today!

Party city is always cool place to shop

Came here for a reindeer car kit (to make my car more festive). It was the first thing I saw when I walked in, kudos to whoever's thought of placing seasonal at the entryway. They had a few kits I was able to chose from and checkout was quick with friendly service. Will come back for any future festive needs.

Today is my niece's 7th birthday! Another sister ordered balloons from this location to be delivered. Unfortunately, the third party company made a mistake and had the balloons were delivered to the wrong address. Party City immediately remade the bundle and the manager Alex delivered them personally moments after receiving the call about the incorrect delivery! This manager went above and beyond to ensure my niece has today was a special day in the midst of the pandemic and not being able to have a party! Thank you Alex!!

Very helpful staff. The clip to hold my balloons broke and some flew away from me. They were kind enough to replace them and tied them down to a weight. I love the selection and the staff made my day!!

I was very happy with the service. I think anyone that can deal with parents that have no control over their children, (you know who you are) deserves a little break from time to time. Selection was great.
