Love this one clean hardly ever swamp with customer had a great customer service experience in the lights department I wish I could remember his name I was buying an power cord that I had to rewire and I'd be lost with out this guy help

RANDY IS YOUR GUY THERE AT HOME DEPOT. He is an elder gentlemen there at Home Depot, spotted him near the garden section. My boyfriend and I came to this location to look for a weed puller and happen to come across Randy, and he went above and beyond to help us out. Like the type of customer service you do not see anymore! He knew where everything was at, recommended what to use, VERY friendly, and overall such a great guy! Nowadays, people don't care to help when you ask, don't know where things are, it's ridiculous. NOT THE CASE WITH RANDY! He made such an impression on the both of us of the quality of service and knowledge he knew. Thank you!

This home depot has great customer service, I remodeled my home last year and was there daily. Employees started recognizing me and asking how my project was coming along, they were always very helpful. This year I purchased a new door from home depot.com and it had some issues. The Assist. manager Renee was so helpful and worked with us to get the problem resolved and made sure we were happy with the outcome.

Shout out to James who helped me with ceiling fans. He was so kind, knowledgable and almost felt like "Dad" in a sense because I had no idea what I was doing- just going off looks (almost bought fans that would not work in the space I have). I wish every store had an employee likes James in each department. Thanks Home Depot Chandler, and thanks James!!

Again I walk into the this HD store and see James a top a huge set of stairs looking for an item and I ask for direction of an item. He remembers since prior we had talked about fans, and while taking to my items in question he said when you’re finished come find at the cs desk and I’ll show the fans I recommend, which he did and I know my wife will love. James is the absolute Consummate customer service.
