The Home Depot

I feel like I'm at Home Depot or the other big box store every other week. This particular Home Depot and it's staff, specifically Arnie in Lumber and Josh in outside service are the reason this is my favorite Home Depot; and for the 5 star rating. My back is injured, and Arnie loaded my entire cart with Cinder Blocks. After checking out Josh was right there waiting to help me out to my car and even loaded it up for me. Ultimately I didn't have to lift a finger. It felt like the good old days when employees did more than just eyeball people like they're going to take something without paying. This two employees deserve a pizza party and a raise. I hope Home Depot knows how lucky they're to have a team of hardworking employees that actually took the time to help a customer from start to finish.

I’m a loyal customer to Home Depot, never had a bad experience in any store, only good. I wanted to give a special shout out to Paul and Dolores from this location. The only 2 associates I spoke with and both were incredibly helpful, nice and in great spirits. They clearly love what they do therefore making my 10 minute pass through a delight.

Bathroom is amazingly clean! I had to come back and edit my review because I only mentioned the bathroom but shortly after, I met Beth. She could tell I needed help and offered her assistance right away. She was also so sweet with my two year old whose patience is shorter than most , he loved her! I came again last weekend and immediately looked for Beth. She is so great and helpful, I will come back to Home Depot specifically because she is so awesome!

As soon as I walked in the store , I was greeted by a friendly staff worker and he was very knowledgeable on what i needed and where to go to get the parts .
He also went and grabbed a cart for me.
During checkout they asked me if I needed any help loading my item into my work van, it was very fast.
Basically a good day down at the lo6 Home Depot.
I highly recommend shopping at this Home Depot, when you go, ask for Neil with the deal !!
Thank You Home Depot for always being there.

Casey at the customer service desk was awesome! They didn’t have the grill assembled that I was looking for, so she called a few other stores for me. She also helped me figure out some of the confusion with online purchases. So friendly! Can’t recommend her enough!

CeCe to the rescue. I was having trouble with a discontinued Pfister bathroom faucets, totally calcified. I contemplated buying a new set which would have required removing and buying two new sets to match and reinstalling.
CeCe suggested soaking in vinegar first and if that didn’t solve my issue, come back.
Sure enough, overnight soak and scrub fixed everything. She saved me so much time and money, but most important, she earned my trust and gratitude. I have spent several thousands of dollars with Home Depot in the past, and I will continue to do so because of employee experiences like I had with CeCe. I’m sorry I didn’t get your last name or scan my receipt to take a survey, but hope this review finds its way to you.

Always an excellent experience. I always get the product that I need. The last two times I have visited I was helped by a gentleman named Lucky and he was very helpful and knowledgeable!

I was struggling to find something in the electrical aisle. I found Wade close by and he was happy to help. Very friendly and quickly found what I needed. Thanks, dude!

Home Depot on Warner & Kyrene is always well stocked and the employees are friendly and helpful. I visit this store at least once a week and someone always asks if I need help (I have not had the same helpfulness at similar stores) Today I was in need of some key copies, only stood at the key display for a minute and Cory walked by, asked if I needed help, and quickly made 3 keys for me. I can not say enough good things about the employees, love this store!

Huge shout out to Steve in the Garden department! Steve was very knowledgable and friendly. Showed us where to find out shopping items and made our experience the best this afternoon. Thank you Steve! And yes this cool buddy has a new home! 😉

Employees very helpful. Elizabeth in appliances was terrific. I will definitely see her for purchase of new appliances. Young man in lumber was very helpful. Gentleman in ladders helpful and courteous. Really liked Chandler store. I live in Mesa.

Had very knowledgeable and helpful people in the paint department. Very easy paint match process. Just bring in something that is the same color as the color of paint you want.

Really wanted to share the my experience today at Home Depot. We went in to get flooring for a project we have later next month. We had done some pre-pricing a few weekends back and were coming in to buy. We ended up receiving excellent customer service. Vanessa was very proficient in her knowledge of products in her department. I was not suprised to see she was a Manager. She first got an understanding of our project and then proceeded to show us what the offering s were for the type flooring. She suggested different prices and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each. As novice floor buyers it was greatly appreciated. She also ran estimates so we could be better compare prices. She was very pleasant and energized which is great to see. She led us eventually to a reduce item area which was very helpful to our wallets. Whole experience overall is 10 stars.

I just had the best experience at Home Depot with Paul and Michael who help me with everything I needed to help me put curtain rods up in my new home. It is my first home. I have no idea what I was doing but they help me pick out the rods, the drill bit putty to fill the holes that I screwed up on a puttin ninth a drill bit the batteries for the stud finder. They were so knowledgeable and even taught me exactly what I needed to do. I will always come back to this location as a direct result of Mike and Paul and can’t wait to come back in for the next project.

They helped me out amazingly! Love this shop!
