Ashley Store

Wow! From the moment my family and I walked through the door of Ashley's Furniture store the hospitality began. We were greeted politely by a member of the sales team without any added pressure that salespeople can sometimes apply.
We were shopping for a few kids' beds that we saw online but they were no longer in shock; well of course clearance items go fast. But to my surprise, the saleswoman showed me similar beds slightly higher-priced.
She contacted her manager and he was willing to work with us and matched the online price of the clearance item, seeing that it was still posted.
We are far from rich and the help we got from this store's team did come in handy. So from my family to yours thanks Ashley's.
You want friendly, fast and reliable service with a great selection of items for your home I do recommend Ashley's. I mean seriously, who doesn't want to be treated well when you go into any store?

We went to Ashley looking for countertop barstools since we love our leather couches we purchased a few years ago. We were greeted by Hanan and she directed us to where they were located in the store. She then followed up with us to see if we had found any that we were interested in purchasing. The pair we wanted to purchase were out of stock. She suggested that she could order them for us and have them shipped to our home which was perfectly acceptable for us. She was so helpful. We received our barstools within days of ordering. Hanan is a great asset to your store!

Went in to look for a couch with my husband. We both dread furniture shopping not only because of the time it takes but also because of the salespeople. We were so thankful that Nate was helping us today. He let us have our time to explore options, was extremely patient with us and made what is usually a super long and arduous process, seamless. We got exactly what we wanted for a reasonable price. Thank you Nate. We will shop and recommend Ashley in the future just because of you.

The selection was great and we ended getting almost everything we needed. Vartan especially was really nice and helpful. We were a little late to the store but he made sure that we weren't rushed and he was very knowledgeable, knowing exactly what to look for based on our descriptions!

Jacary and Carlos are awesome ask for them if you come to Ashley ! I put a dollar down and furnished my whole home. We have just built a new home and didn’t want to run our credit with acima I didn’t run my credit and was able to get president day deal!

Had an amazing experience buying furniture for our home, the salesmen Phong was top notch. I would recommend anyone looking for furniture to see him. He was helpful in picking out furniture for 4 living spaces, he helped with picking furniture to fit the rooms along the right size and color schemes

All associates that interacted with us were very friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Luke from the warehouse who went above and beyond to help us bring our chest home in his own truck. When it didn't fit in our car, he offered to deliver it to us in his own truck after he finished his shift.

My experience with Ashley-- Tempe, Mesa & Gilbert, has been fantastic. My husband and I were looking for barstools over the past few months, and they were not bought until we went to Ashley's - but just to look! The deal was not only great, but the service was outstanding (not kidding!) we dealt with the 3 locations mentioned and bought from all 3. No pressure, just guidance. I don't know why we didn't consider Ashley earlier!

Jacary was amazing! I walked in with the goal of a sofa that needed to be comfortable, reclined and kid friendly. Not only did he show me some new fabric but he educated me on the benefits and answered all of my questions. He was also able to help me get a sofa in my price range!

Vic was the best retail sales associate I have encountered at all of the furniture stores in the Valley. He had patience, understood my budget, and only showed me high quality items that fit my aesthetic. He would even text me when things came in that I was looking for. His manager Luna was phenomenal as well. They provided us with additional discounts for bundling items together. This is the best customer service I have received in Phoenix. I will be back to purchase from Vic and Luna :). I highly recommend you visiting the Ashley store in Tempe and working with Vic and Luna!

Roushan was an excellent sales person! He was able to show me a different variety of recliner chairs that I was interested in purchasing. There was never any pressure from him to purchase a specific model or design. It was a very upbeat and positive experience!

Edward L. is the man to talk to he was able to help in every aspect. He really made us feel comfortable as customers and we all know that’s big when it comes to spending our hard earned money. This store as a whole is awesome and very nice we will definitely be back!

Had a lovely experience at Ashley. Was able to purchase a tv stand with Vartan S. He was very personable and made the process seamless and easy! He was able to work within our needs and made sure they were met easily. Would 100% recommend.
