Came in at the last minute and my son was really sick… I know her name begins with Chi but she was super helpful and understanding. She could have turned me away but didn’t… thank goodness I’m truly grateful.

The Pharmacy staff is always professional, fast, efficient, and friendly. They have a tough job servicing sick patients who just want to get in and out, but I commend them for always working with smiles on their faces. My prescriptions have always been ready on time and accurate. Their automated phone system is very easy to use and I can always reach a pharmacist at this location when needed during regular business hours. The rewards program is also very good, awarding coupons for purchases throughout the store. Kudos to the team for a great job day in and day out!

After reading reviews I had to put up my own. The gentleman at the drive thru pharmacy is the coolest guy I know! He is so friendly and straight to the point. I never have an issue. they always take care of me and I have never had an issue with prescriptions or people being rude. I think most people expect company's to stay open until the customer finally decides to come in. like the rest of the world, I could imagine hours and employee issues be due to covid and that nonsense. Respect those who came to work. And you know they close at six, why complain and whine they start shutting down 5 minutes to close? They have to deal with your attitude, give them a break. Thank you cvs for always taking care of me!

I had a wonderful experience here. The manager Jason and his crew are great. Last week I went to the store needing help looking for a missing person. Jason was more than happy to help and helped me print off photos to distribute. At the same time, I witnessed another employee helping another customer at the checkout counter and they had a great interaction as well. I just received a follow up call from Jason and the crew asking if we found the missing person and how she was. The crew at this location is top notch!

Mark at this CVS was absolutely pleasant from the point of entry. Our child was having issues with certain things, in which he happily guided us in the right direction immediately. Not only did he know exactly what was needed, he walked us to another aisle with more options to choose from. I have been coming to this location regularly for 8 years, and Mark was the most efficient and professional thus far. Highly recommended! Thank you Mark!

The pharmacy staff are extremely understanding! And every time I have had a prescription “in-process” for a day or two, I have either called or came in-store and they immediately expedited my order and finished in under 20 minutes! They are trying their hardest with balancing COVID testing and staying functional as a pharmacy. I have the upmost respect for how they’re handling everything!

I wasnt able to schedule an appointment online with the Minute Clinic here or within the immediate area at another location for a preventive screening that needed to be submitted no later than today. I walked in and was greeted professionally and was able to be seen. I cant thank yall enough.

I was really wowed today by the excellent customer service at this shop. Today I decided I couldn't take it anymore and made up my mind to finally take some medicine for unending bouts of nausea and stomach aches.The only problem was I was already too sick to drive to CVS and pick up some medicine. Instead I consented to let my husband, who hardly speaks any English, go in my place. After he'd been gone almost an hour, I began to worry. I had only asked him to buy a bottle of Tylenol and Pepto Bismol. When I called my husband I realized he had only *just* found the Tylenol and was now wandering around looking for the Pepto. To save him time I called the store, spoke to Angelo and explained the situation. He not only told me what aisle it was on, but even went and grabbed it for me and gave it my husband.Thank you Angelo for going above and beyond in my time of need!!

The customer service is beyond the best everyone always treats me so well every time i come in and asks if i need help . I’ve been shopping at this location for 2 years now and never had a problem.

Best service from the staff today at 12 noon. Both lady and gentlemen were so nice and helpful.

I have used this location at 4430 E. Ray Rd Phoenix Az many times and have always recieved excellent customer service.

No fee ATM inside for Fifth Third Bank customers visiting the Phoenix area.

Always a great experience but is a busy CVS.
