Great selection of wine. Also had a cool section to purchase fancy glasses which is always cool. Friendly staff as well!

Helpful staff. Lots of selections and specialty items. Rouge hazelnut brown ale is a favorite. Bottles better than cans. Pumpkin Patch Ale good, but better very cold. SUNS BRU was a hit with several on the trip.

My first visit to a Total Wine & More and I was amazed at the inventory they carry! It was fun going up and down the aisles seeing all the selections to choose from, you name it, they have it. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend for your adult beverage wants, needs, and discoveries!

I live in Richmond, VA, however, I wanted to have some wine delivered to my amazing boss! I was unsure of some details so called the store to make sure I was on the right track. The lady that helped me was TRULY amazing!! She was so patient and even hopped online with me to make sure she was seeing what I was seeing to ensure I had the gift bag right! She also made me aware of the correct bag to purchase to ensure it would be delivered IN the bag as a gift!! Y’all, I frequent total wine and more here locally, however, I usually don’t receive THIS type of service…it’s pleasant always, but this store went above and beyond!! Thank you so much for making that transaction AMAZING!!

What a well run place with such courteous staff! Stan, the manager duty, was so helpful. He was incredibly patient with a huge return order we had. What an awesome manager and I’m sure a great team as well!

They have an amazing selection of whiskey. With amazing staff that will let you try before you buy. Very knowledgeable and will help pick out the drink for you. The cigar selection is decent, with good prices. 👍

I could spend hours here! The knowledgeable associates always help me choose, taste and find what I'm looking for. The app serves up some great discounts too. I saved $37 in one visit.

They carry most all drinks, it would be nice if they started carrying Mikes Hard Cranberry. The prices are great and people are very friendly.

It’s like a Binnys with more class. Everyone here was super helpful the first time I walked in. They even allow you to do a tasting of certain things which was super helpful as I was looking for a new tequila to try. They also helped me locate the gin I was looking for very quickly! Would definitely come back again for the atmosphere and helpful staff.

Great staff, wonderful customer service and mostly of all friendly. Always a representative on the ground floor ready to lend an helping hand and that’s one of the reason why this company is so great. Also they carry a large array of drinks from all over the world from rum to wine and everything in between. Hey definitely give these guys a try, you don’t regret it.

Great selection and prices to boot.

Like all Total Wines this had a large selection of beer, wine and liquor. However I was rather pleased with this location because I got liquor tasting and the gentleman was very knowledgeable on showing me some new things. One of which I ended up buying.

I visited here to buy BACARDI. I couldn't find it the other mart, but they had it! And there are many different kinds of alcohol, so it's fun to look around.

Always one of the best selections of fine wines & spirits that I've seen. Plus, the delivery and/or pickup service is superb!

Lots of Everything! I would love to try all of the wine in the store, but I would get lost along the way. There is so much tequila I want to try. Such fancy bottles! Love looking at fancy bottles. Sadly for me, they don't have any sour-type beers but love this place nonetheless.

I always spend extra time just looking at all the choices, especially in the beer aisles, and normally get something unplanned because I like the name or label picture. If you wander through the beer aisles, you will see what I mean.

Absolutely one of if not the best craft beer location. Not just in this town but through out the states. If your girlfriend, wife, or sister enjoy "sours" they have a good sized selection. They have cigars for the gents and cheap shots at the checkout. I'd recommend this place to a lot of people.

From the staff members name but she was from Wisconsin originally. Everyone here went out of their way to assist us with our mead, whiskey and beer purchases.
