Costco Wholesale

Always a top notch shopping experience at Costco. Inventory is 90% consistently the same or similar between stores in different states. You just cannot go wrong with the Costco shopping experience. The only issue at the Tempe location is parking...difficult to find a good spot depending on the time of day...

Great store, very clean, I think prices went up but par for the course of where we are today. Service was extremely good, everyone was so nice. I never use this location due to never being down here, I live 30 miles away. Very nice day here.

Bought all what I needed. Fast checkout. Friendly staff. Snacks really good for the price and serving size. Huge slice of pepperoni pizza. Churro is only $1.49. Good bargain. Will be back.

I always enjoy my Costco experience! This location has just about everything the other locations have in the Valley. The staff are friendly and helpful. They were collecting donations for Muscular Dystrophy and each time they got a donation, they would all ring a small bell. The staff was very energetic with this.

The location was very neat and organized. I observed an employee straightening up the clothes area. I saw customers just throwing the shirt or pair of pants back on the pile without any care of consideration. My heart goes out to the employees who have to pick up after messy customers.

I ordered a slice of pepperoni pizza, vanilla ice cream, and a soda from the food court. They were very busy, but received my order within 2 minutes. It was also a very cheap meal.

I highly recommend this location to anyone who loves to shop in bulk. Also anyone who loves a great bargain and shopping experience!

Eric in the service department was so nice, patient and helpful. Although, there was a line out the door and he had no help, he still had so much patience and treated everybody kindly. I would go back just to see him :)

My husband & I signed up for Costco membership today. The lady who helped us "Diane" was so very pleasant and helpful. She took the time to explain everything and patiently helped us to fill out forms.

Good prices, this location is always a bit busy and the parking lot can be tough to navigate at times. The store is standard, food court is sometimes busy, sometimes not and there is a large seating area at this costco. The pharmacy is fast and efficient for flu shots. Park far away and walk for this Costco, is my recommendation, as with many Costcos.

This is the chill Costco. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. If you go there enough you get to know them and it feels like a neighborhood store. The produce is always fresh, the store is organized and the customers are generally polite and courteous. I recently visited Costco in Los Angeles and was shocked by the chaos. I was happy to go back to my friendly neighborhood Tempe Costco!

Just wanted to leave a huge shoutout for RJ at the tempe Costco membership desk who helped my boyfriend and I set up our first Costco membership:) The store was very busy and we were both a bit frazzled and he was extremely helpful, made it very easy, and did a wonderful job breaking down the membership types and telling us about the apps special features as well. I was dreading a long sign up in a busy store and he made it a just a very quick easy experience and set our entire trip up for success:) Thanks RJ!!

It seems busy no matter the time of day however as long as you find a parking spot then you’re golden. Store is always clean and inside is big enough to not be too crowded. Of course the food court is never disappointing.

Update 02.17.24 : The cashier (326) needed to lighten up today and be more friendly. I even had to grab my own box for my food today. Luckily, I stopped to grab a pizza and main girl with the glasses was very kind. Also, Joesph, while maintaining a clean eating areas he was having light conversations with the members and turned my experience for the day around. Thank you.

Update 10/2023: The transition of using the app still has its hiccups and most cashiers are nice about it. I appreciate Supervisor Doug addressing my concerns today. Also, Jimmy in electronic was very chill and provided great info and suggestions on the laptops.

I am loving the app. Easy to access my membership card and pay instore. More credit needs to be given to the food court. Thank you so much for all the hard work you put in so that we the members can spend an easy time with family.

Visited to pick up a few things we needed while we where in town for a business conference. They had everything we needed. Hoping to find some unicorns but didn't.

Busy Friday today at the Tempe I-10 store. Been going here since it was the Price Club! Some of the original employees are still coming in. Well run operation. Just like it better than their other valley stores. Most important, got a good shot at finding stuff here. That's a big deal when you just want to finish the list and head out.

Customer service was fantastic. I had to make a few returns and the person that took care of them was so nice. I enjoy that Costco makes things super easy and thata why I am proud to have my membership.

Costco is located on Elliot and priest in Tempe. It is a neighborhood friendly store that offers the best prices anywhere on bulk items. I buy TVs here appliances food items and paper products. I have had a membership for 10 years. I usually share it with another friend which brings the cost down considerably. The snacks on the weekends are just fabulous and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I buy all my eyewear here both prescription sunglasses and regular prescription glasses Progressive and transition run me about $220 including the lens and the frame. You cannot get a better deal anywhere. They even offer eye doctor care and ear exams. Costco is the best and my membership dues are well worth it. I also buy bulk water and lots of small interesting food items. The gas prices are amazing the only thing. I have a problem with are the late hours they should open at 8 like everyone else . It really makes me mad when I have to wait until late to do my shopping. Also the parking lot is too crowded I think some of their staff parks in the guest parking lot because you can never get a space. They need to monitor that problem. Priest and Elliot is a fantastic store

Definitely get these pastel de natas!

Came for the gas and some wiper blades…left with an additional rack of ribs and flowers! Staff was friendly, as always, and even though there was a ton of people, foot traffic moved quickly. Parking lot is a bit off a mess though, I got lucky and found a spot on the side of the building. Wonder if underground parking has ever been considered in their designs?!

Great for buying bulk, ebt not accepted at the self check out lol only at registers. decent prices, and didn’t see the food samplers like before😹. Don’t forget to try the chicken bake!! It’s 🔥
