Target

I am never one to write a review but I think that this situation is so important to share. I went to Target to grab a few things after work. As I was walking around I started notice people following me or appearing by me consistently . Now this have been a complete coincidence but I just had a feeling I was being followed. When I got to the register I asked if I could have someone walk me out to my car and explained the situation. The response I received from the team was above and beyond. It would have been so easy for them to have someone walk me out and just move on. However what they did was so much more. I was immediately approached by their security officer who was fully aware of how I was feeling. I had to use the restroom - usually it can take sometime for a team member to get freed up to help so I usually have - however the officer was there before I even finished checking out. I asked if I could use the restroom first and the officer was so attentive to this, she walked me to the restroom, staying with my buggie, and stood right outside so I would feel safe. Then she explained a man who was by the door that I thought looked suspicious (At this point I was so paranoid I thought everyone was in on it) and she could immediately tell and quickly told me that he was her plain clothed Supervisor. She walked me to my car, stayed with me while I loaded my groceries and only walked away when I was sitting in the drivers seat with the car turned on. However, the Supervisor stood outside watching the whole time which I was so grateful for. The immediate response that this store provided to me and the amount of concern and professionalism I received. My night/light could have turned out so much differently it I truly thank them for everything they did. Again, it could have been nothing and everything was just coincidences, I didn't have any proof exactly to provide them but they still took their time and listened and had it been something bigger I truly thank them for their actions to keep me safe.

I'm from MN, now live in AZ, we love our TARGETS! Clean, well stocked stores, always have what I need, and very helpful associates. Return with receipt was quick, and associate was very gracious.

Valerie was great. I am glad she had a register open. I personal like interacting vs self check out. Even though there were no waits for check out. My lil haul today consist of make up, laundry beads, tp , milk and bananas. A quick one stop shop.

Target is apple to apple lot better store than it's compatible .inside outside ,product availability and respect that American society should have , I will continue shopping at Target .

Store was clean and organized. Most things I was looking for were in stock. Cashier was extremely polite and helpful.

Personally have had the best service here. People seem nice and helpful and friendly. Love the curbside service. Clean.

I utilize the curbside pick up at this location frequently. It is so easy and time saving. All the employees that deliver the purchases are always prompt, helpful and courteous. Even under our current 115+ temperatures here on Phoenix!

I have been very happy with my purchases at Target . I always find what I am looking for. They carry good quality items . Prices are competitive and I receive additional %5 percent discount for using my Target credit card.

Just like all the rest. Good sales and selection.

10/10. I usually so curbside pick up. They ALWAYS have my order ready before 2 hours. They bring it out so quick. Never any issues. Very nice staff. Always in stock & clean.

My kids wanted to buy video games and card games. I had no clue as to where to go and what to ask for. Few employees stepped up and helped me with it. We decided to buy clothes. 1 son is 6 and other 4”2. Again few people stepped up to help me. Very clean and friendly helping people.

Reyes, at guest services was the real deal, no nonsense, Home Depot manager material! I had an issue w earbuds and called a few times and when I went into the store, he listened and then handled like a boss. Well done Target.

There is a mini-ulta inside this target, first time I’d ever seen that. Wish I’d left my wallet in the car :)

The store is always clean and organized, even during sales. The associates are always helpful, and able to answer questions if I need direction for an item I can't find, and last but not least all of the employees I have had the pleasure of meeting have always been courteous, greeting me with a smile. I am happy to say your employees love working for Target and that makes for better customer service.

This is by far the best Target I have visited and they have some of the best people working there! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. They are also very sweet and patient towards my little one, even on his “off” days. It seriously means a lot to me, thank you! The Starbucks at this Target has a fantastic baristas and they make some of the best coffee! Thank you💛

I love the products Target sells, and prices. Lately they have been low on products, or don’t carry them anymore.
I love their drive up service. Sometimes they are already outside when I drive up.
