They had a great sale going on today on the very things I was looking for. Angela who rang up my items was so nice, friendly and had such a beautiful smile. I really enjoyed the chat while she checked me out. This was the JC Penny's on Ray Road

My friend and I stopped in yesterday so she could get a couple of outfits for her Granddaughter's wedding. Upon check out, Leslie helped my friend save $100 on her purchase. She was so patient as it involved some technical issues, and she made calls and she was able to get it resolved. Her kindness and patience is what this world needs more of. Give this girl a raise!

Found a Groupon online for the classic jcp photos. Which was pretty dope because it waived a lot of the photo fees. In addition the photographer Ariel* was very kind and patient with my crazy boys. I think more people should go even with this crazy tiktok trend of awkward photos. It's hilarious. Overall great experience.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. There is a wide range of products available, and they are well stocked. The grocery department could be better organized because it is difficult to find similar items. Overall, the selection is good, and the staff is knowledgeable about the products.

Me and my grandma and daughter went to this store on Monday and it was a great experience. The store was extremely organized and very clean. We were super happy with the service we received from Cheryl at the register. My grandma needed help with her credit card and Cheryl was helpful and patient with us the whole time.

Jul at the watch counter is awesome...i chose a citizen eco drive watch yesterday and he was super helpful and today i returned and he sized it for my mister. the store is very clean and organized snd the staff is nice

One of my very favorite places to shop for home goods and clothing. Jewelry department has really stepped it up with their Effy and LeVian collections.

I drove a long way to grab luggage I ordered to this location as it was the only one nearby in-store. When I got there I realized the color on the website was much different than the color of the luggage in-person. Ginger and her team worked with me to find a solution and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Very happy with the service provided and the effort they put into making sure I left with something I wanted.

Beautiful store. Had my hair done by Kimberly in the salon. Not your grandma's salon anymore. Hair looks stunning. Customer service is top notch. Everyone wears masks and stylists sterilize between clients. I will be back.
