The UPS Store

The people in this store are wonderful and very helpful. I have on multiple occasions witnessed customers yelling at the people at the counter because they won't do things for free or because the customer themselves haven't noticed their Amazon returns say that things are supposed to be packaged. There is a young man named Donald that has helped me several times when I've gone in, he's always professional and kind and has gone above and beyond to help me out. It's really disturbing to see the way some people treat other people when they're just doing their jobs!

I absolutely love this store scott the owner and his wife are amazing!! I have done many amazon returns with them never had any problems also done many shipments out to other states never had any problems being doing business with them for years there is alot of people on here that have problems because you won't give them free tape but nothing in the world is for free they are a small business and have to make money to which apparently people just don't understand but we have always been treated like family there thats why we always come back there From - Butch, Michele and Brandon

At ther time I'm writing this there are 108 reviews spanning 6 years... If you've ever been to this UPS store you'll know they have a customer about every single minuet. So hundreds of customers a day for six years and the ratings are either 5 stars or 1. That's about as good as you could expect because few rarely go online to leave a good review and today's snowflakes can't wait to trash anyone they can. I've been in the store a few times when the Karen's (apologies to all nice people named Karen 😁) want everything for free, sorry cheapskates. They offer a lot of services from passport photos, notary, copying, taking back satellite TV boxes, mailboxes and more. So by now they're possibly close to a million customers over ther past six years with only a handful of whiners, that's not bad. The people there are friendly and they seem to do a pretty good job.

I was surprised to see all the negative reviews about staff here being rude. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me, asking about my family and how I am doing. It is a family run store and I appreciate the personable staff that always help me. Yes they might be pricey for some services but they always offer alternatives and try to help you get the best deal. I have never had any problems here I come in all the time the line can get long but it moves quickly.

My husband and I visited this store today and were extremely pleased. We received courteous, pleasant and efficient treatment. He is handicapped and was offered seating . The notary, Caroline Kellogg, was both pleasant and efficient. We have used your services in the past and would definitely use it again.

I was in line behind a woman who was ranting about paying $2 to print a shipping label. The young man helping her was professional and held it together quite well. I'm continously shocked by the entitlement of people. Ink and paper costs money. Maintaining equipment costs money. If you don't want to pay for a service becauae you think it costs too much, then you don't have to. There is no need to belittle the workers behind the counter and drop f bombs about being charged money for a service. Lady should be embarassed of herself.

I go here all the time and have no issues because like a grown adult, I understand the concept of waiting my turn, and paying for services. The people are always nice. Sometimes there is a wait.

I recently shipped a package to the Dominican Republic which got there in one day but was a huge ordeal because of the Dominican Republic. Caroline at the UPS Store went waaaaayyy above the call of duty for me. As a matter of fact I don't know what I would have done without her. The other gentleman was fantastic too. i spent a lot of time in þhe store trying to resolve the issue and never saw them act rude to anyone, only polite and helpful. I really don't know what else you could hope for I rate the top notch.

(SO WONDERFUL !!!!!!!! ) Well I was in the store last week and I had to send a package out of the country and Caroline K. Was so wonderful and helpful her and her husband they WORKED TOGETHER and did everything they can to help me to get my package sent out in the nick of time I recommend this store to every one they’re all so nice wonderful and there staff all so have to be patient and they know exactly what they’re doing I highly recommend the store to anyone it’s not the post office it you UPS Store THEY DO A GREAT JOB ALL many blessings ....

The lady that does the finger printing was great! She went above and beyond to help me. Don't know what I would have done without her help. I want to extend a grateful thank you. Everyone there was amazing. Again Thank You!

I’ve been here about 5 times and have called twice. I have been treated professionally each time. I even accidentally knocked over part of a display and the staff was apologetic to me lol.

People were very professional & I have used them before. Had to wait in line with a few rude people that can't wait & are very impatient. I have always had a good experience at that store. Very nice people!!!!!

Anytime I have visited the store it has been phenomenal recently I had left a Amazon Box with multiple things that needed to be returned back to Amazon the gentleman Ashley even came to the car to pick the box out of the car for me and when I return to the store the line was just a bit too long with everything going on in this epidemic I was supposed to return and because of health reasons I wasn’t able to return anytime soon I can tell you it’s been about almost 2 months and they still have my box stored with all my belongings in it wow now what kind of store would even do that nowadays I love you guys and I thank you for everything that you do for our community

I've been here maybe a handful of times over the years? Each time I've gone, they've been courteous & prompt. So I am mystified as to how so many are allegedly encountering such awful service.

So far I've dealt with the same younger guy there and he's always called me whenever I've had mail which makes it convenient for me cuz it's a bit of a way out of my way. So for now I'll give five stars but I'll hold that in reserve for a while in case it changes

I had a simple Amazon return. I was in and out in 5 minutes. The clerk made the process simple. I will go back again

Always good service. There can be a long line at times, but it’s our local UPS so it’s expected at certain times.
