Outback Steakhouse

Came here today for my birthday, with my boyfriend and 15 month old, and was super happy with the service we received. My son threw up out of nowhere and the staff was very understanding and brought us towels to clean it up. On top of that, the food was phenomenal and we didn’t have to ask for refills at all. I also had an alcoholic beverage that had the cutest little koala duck on top.

The absolute best service ever! After dining out night before at st. Pete pier with less then desirable service I had to write a review because of the exceptional service from the moment we walked through the door at this outback. The server, Anne Marie might have been tired and ready to go home(we were late diners) but she did not let it stop her from showing us we were valued as customers, hats off to you and thank you so much! The cooks Nate& Cedrick not only made the food look like it was straight from the tv cooking shows but astounded our taste buds! I’m not done! The manager Belle checked on everything and was right there for any assistance not just for us, I watched her take care of the entire restaurant! This my friends is the best you can get and I would highly recommend anyone including family to dine here. Thank you to all of you, Anne Marie, you are a very special person. You keep that smile going!

Taylor was an amazing server. I don’t usually expect much from chain restaurants but I was impressed for the first time in years. This girl was speed walking to take orders, getting constant refills, asking if everything came out well, offering more bread or if we missed anything, asking if we needed to go boxes or to go drinks. There is not one question she did not ask that I would have expected a server to. I did not have to call her over or wait for anything really. I think her providing such great service even made me feel like the food was better because she took such great care of us. Her attitude and promptness was on par or even beyond way more expensive or boutique restaurants I have been to. I had to let her manager know as well how awesome she was because it is a breath of fresh air to receive such amazing service. Will definitely be returning and I hope Taylor can serve us again in the future.

Had a nice family evening and ended up at Spring Hill Outback for dinner. Had Stacy S. as our server that evening and she was phenomenal! Her personality, menu suggestions, and on point service really made the dinner so much more enjoyable. She recommended a frozen peach cocktail (as my husband mentioned I love peach), got our food and special requests correct, and put up with my husband’s silly sense of humor like a champ! I’m also and a stickler for refills and she made sure the drinks never ran dry. I would definitely recommend heading over to Outback and seeing Stacy S. I’m sure she will take care of you and do it with a smile! Thank you Stacy!

10/10 star review. I honestly leave a review and Richard is phenomenal. Aside from the world class CS,, the food itself was worth leaving the home for. I am to the belief that many items I can cook at home and this visit blew my high standards out the metaphorical water. Richard did phenomenal and should be given any shift he wants, as he was attentive, appreciative, an overall perfect example of what new employees should be trained to be trained like

Haven’t been to an Outback in a while but I got a couple gift cards. I must say… Great experience! Susan was the best and very attentive. Had a great sales pitch for the rewards program, and I signed myself up cause now I wanna eat here more! Also gotta mention our food runner, Moni! Great job outback team:)

This is without a doubt the best experience we have ever had in any Outback Steakhouse. From Belle-the manager, with the friendly greeting upon walking in the door all the way through the meal, I could not have been more pleased. Richard was an exceptional server. The food runner was friendly and cordial. The food was SUBLIME! Everything was totally on point.
Great job Spring Hill Outback! You have renewed my faith in dining out!

Absolutely best night my family has had out in a long time! Dylan was so knowledgeable and friendly and so funny! He really made us feel like friends right from the start. Service was impeccable and prompt and we will be choosing this location and Dylan as our server for the foreseeable future! We asked to speak with the manager to ensure we let him know how pleased we were and Seth was so kind and happy! It’s easy to see that this location and the staff really love what they do and work well together. Thank you all so much!

We had a great dinner took advantage of the 24.99 Tuesday Lobster and Steak dinner, out of site, service was great, Taylor was on point with everything, Thank you again

Our server Richard was great! The food is amazing! Who would have thought, dinner and a comedy show. Richard had all of my party laughing hysterically with his great sense of humor! Thank you Richard for giving us a good time. Definitely will be back!

We have always had good food and good service at this location. Taylor waited on us and she was excellent. We never had to ask for anything after our initial order. She was on top of it all. Anytime we are in the area. We always stop at this Outback in Spring Hill!

Anne Marie was fantastic!!!! Service was really top notch from the minute we arrived until we left. Food portions are great, we tried the new chicken sandwich delicious with the bloomin onions on top. We also had the bone in ribeye special, cooked perfectly tender great bang for the buck. Anne Marie was friendly, attentive and made great suggestions. When we return we will be asking for her!!!

Devin was a great server, spot on throughout the entire meal. Shout out to Mark the bus person. I have not seem someone take the time to really clean the tables and seats like he did very detailed. You can be confident your table is clean if Mark was on it. Great experience

Food was great! Hot, fresh and tasty. We ordered the porterhouse steak and it was well seasoned And juicy. The service was excellent! Taylor was nice very helpful with helping us decide what to get on the menu And overall pleasant. We will definitely be back

The food was incredible and was matched with service! Richard was our waiter and he did a fabulous job! He was stopped in to check on us constantly and worked hard to make sure our meal was smooth and timely. Our entire party of four was extremely satisfied!

Took my family out to eat and we honestly haven’t had this great of an experience in years. The food was great and the atmosphere was unbeatable. The service we received was hands down the best ever. Our server, Dylan was absolutely awesome, funny and down to earth, this has become our new go-to spot. Thank you Dylan and all the staff for a great dinner. We’ll see you again soon. 10 stars!!!!

We love to have fun when we go out. Victoria, the hostess, Dylan, our server, and Ronnie, the bartender were wonderful. We had a great time. Every one was extremely engaging and fun. We try to get seated in Dylan's section when we come. Great people, great fun.

Our server JJ was absolutely phenomenal. He was attentive and absolutely sweet. The food was great but the customer service that he provided will be the reason we come back.
