Texas Roadhouse

My best friend and I decided to take my mother out to eat but decided to take her to a restaurant that she has never been to before. We told her that Texas Roadhouse would be great since usually every time its an amazing experience. However at first things did not start off so great but they did an excellent job making up for there mistakes! We received our appetizer of fried pickles and they were very salty and kind of dried out then usual. My mash potatoes and moms rice was bland and my best friend did not get the Bar B Que sauce that was suppose to be added to her smoke house burger, yet she did ask the waiter Sal to bring some on the side and he did. We also didn’t get the rolls for awhile until we asked for them. My mom didn’t receive her shrimp with her steak and then when she asked and got it later it was overcooked. We started off very upset about this experience especially since it was my mother’s first time. So when the waiter Sal asked how our night was going my mother spoke up and told him he was doing a great job but they need a new cook lol! So the waiter Sal cared for our concerns and he went to notify the manager Tracy. Tracy approached us very respectfully and asked about our concerns and she handled it amazing! She apologized sincerely and gave my mother a ticket for a free appetizer for next time , Had fresh shrimp cooked double the amount which was perfectly cooked that time and a free side which mom chose a baked potato and everything looked good and to top it off giving my check and my best friends check 10% off! She and the waiter Sal went above and beyond caring for our concerns and made the night 100% better! We did tip the waiter well for his wonderful care and service towards us to! We will defiantly come back again since usually it’s never started off bad but at least it ended well and that’s what matters. 10 out of 10 recommended this restaurant! Thank you Sal and Tracy 😊

Restaurant was packed for early bird specials between 4&6. Service was fast, helpful, and friendly. Food was hot, delicious and cooked to perfection.

Everything in this visit was very good. Steak was perfect. All the food was outstanding. Service was spot on. Perfect. Atmosphere was what Texas Roadhouse is all about.
Wish the prices were a touch lower, but hey, it is what it is...

My boyfriend and I went here and it was amazing service. Emily was our waitress. She only works on Sunday. She impressed my boyfriend and that's difficult to do. The food was delicious and hot. Emily helped me decide my meal which was Herb crusted chicken,sweet potato,and green beans. My boyfriend had grilled salmon,brocolli,and seasoned rice. Thanks Emily!

The whole family came out and we enjoyed the atmosphere, the service and great food. As we watched everyone laughing and having a great time we also love that our grandchildren will have lots of memories.
Thank you for the awesome service once again. The servers are too notch. Keep up the great job.

The only complaint on a ridiculously busy night were my mashed potatoes were cold. But it was my sons birthday. He is on the spectrum. Our server picked up on it and asked if we wanted the big show or just a quiet little dessert. We opted for quiet unsure of our sons reaction. He was amazing. Usually, I get the servers name, but unfortunately his escapes me. We asked to speak to the manager and complimented both our server and one of the Bartenders who was playing utility and running food, greeting customers, and even wishing them a wonderful weekend as they were leaving. This staff is what service should strive to be like. They care about what they do, and it shows. Kudos to the road house crew!

In my opinion, it's probably the best steak in the Spring Hill/Brooksville area. Their salads are very good too. Every waiter or waitress we get, they are very professional and hard working.

We ALWAYS have a good time here. Service & food is always perfect. I usually get the 8 oz. Sirloin cause I eat half there & then have my leftovers the next night with my baked potato! The steak is always grilled perfectly!

It's loud, raucous, great family atmosphere and the food was fantastic. Service was very good for as busy as the place is. If you're looking for a quiet romantic place, cook at home. If you're looking for crazy and delicious this is the place.

After going to another location out of town and having a not great experience I decided to tell our home location how much my family appreciates them. Food is always good, same for service and atmosphere. My family has loved this restaurant for the last 17 years and our opinion has never changed.

We stopped in after visiting weeki wachee spring. Excellent service from Andrea. Always fresh drinks and just on point with being there at the right time.

we love this place !! We took my mother-in-law to the one on Cortez blvd last night because that is where she wanted to go for her birthday. Our server was Grace who was absolutely amazing and one of the best servers that I've seen in a long time. We had 25 of us and she did not miss a beat. Our food came out correctly... she knew exactly who got what.. our drinks never were empty.. and she always made sure that we were good happy and satisfied. Her customer service skills were on point!! The food was absolutely amazing!! Great job Grace... You can definitely tell you love your job!! And cooks did amazing on the food!! We had 25 of us and everyone ordered something different and it was all on point and delicious!! No complaints on anything!! Texas Roadhouse.. thank you for the amazing atmosphere and energy that you have in your restaurant!! This is the second large birthday party we have had there and we will definitely be back.

When I am visiting my Brother, we go there to have dinner. It's his favorite place to eat. He like the atmosphere and like to sit at the bar to watch all the TV's and also talks to me and his girlfriend. It has the best customer service and the most delicious food.

Dante and Minderelly took care of our group of 34 with excellent communication and skill! We had a huge party, they accommodated the cake and singing so well. The food was quick and delicious. Everything was correct. And the best part in my opinion was when they did our checks, the system he used was perfect and we were paid and done with no hassle or send backs. THANK YOU TWO for an incredible experience!

I ordered my steak well done and it was done perfectly. Kudos to the chef; so often I get a barely recognizable hunk of scorched beef. In fact, everything we ordered was excellent. Lewis (Louis?) and Sam were just attentive enough without being obnoxiously overbearing. We enjoy coming to this location.

Top notch steakhouse with service extraordinaire. Izzy(Isabella) was prompt, courteous and did not ask you “How’s your meal?” With the fork in my mouth. Yet she hovered over my table discretely and just del Ceres the greatest service I’ve seen in a long time. The steak was custom trimmed and cooked precisely to order. The salad and veggies were extremely fresh. I recommend the Texas roadhouse.

I can’t express this enough, my boyfriend and I come to this location all the time and it’s honestly the best. The food is amazing, the service is amazing and the prices are good. Even for anniversaries or date nights, we come here because we know that our food is going to made to perfection plus the atmosphere is great.

I have been here 4+ times now and based on the speed and friendly service, and the extraordinary food at an affordable price in a rough economy, this has become my new favorite restaurant. I have been to many steak houses in my life, and I feel that this one does a top tier steak that taste fresh and is cooked amazing. The beer sizes are also perfect, and at a respectable price. The atmosphere and scenery are warm and inviting, and the smell of the fresh warm bread with cinnamon butter creates an aroma that will leave your mouth watering as you enter the building.

Hailey Served our table tonight!(12/22/2023). She did an absolutely phenomenal job, the food was delicious but Hailey took the cake! She made our night smooth with zero bumps and offered the best service I’ve ever received from anywhere even bringing us to go boxes before we even had to ask which shows how observant she was and that takes a level of care that not many offer. To add to all of it, we came at a very busy time so to sum things up; Hailey is a valuable asset to Texas Roadhouse and should be treated as such! Thanks Hailey!!!
