I am very happy with the wide selection. Personally, I had noticed that some of the bags of grass seed were open which was concerning, but aside from that I couldn't be happier with the selection of water softener salt, as well as that you have the blocks, which puts Home depot a step ahead of Lowe's as Lowe's discontinued the blocks and they are desired.

I can't say i've ever had a bad experience here. Customer service is always friendly, professional, and always willing to assist. However, this time, they went above and beyond. kudos, and many thanks to Bill and Steve from the stock department. These gentlemen really went above and beyond to assist me and to make sure I drove safely back home with such a heavy load. They could have simply just helped me load the car and moved on to the next task. But they really made sure everything was secure and safe. Thank you for the assistance and the professionalism.

I love Home Depot. Their employees are knowledgeable and helpful. They are always asking if you need any help. Great selection of products.

I buy a lot of plants. The plants at this location I've never had an issue with. Great selection. I wish the employees were a little more helpful but hey I have Google! Over all store is clean, well maintained and stocked!

Normal HD but the staff here seems a bit more friendly and helpful than other stores. There's one lady in specific that for some reason makes me smile every time, the short haired woman that works the self checkout seems to love her job and is just super cheerful every, single, time.

We went last night to buy a stove and even.if it was 30 min before the store close all the employees were nice.Gigi the appliances specialist helped us .she was so friendly ,polite, pleasant and answered all the questions and concerns we had.

Always able to find what I need, and if not, I keep looking until I do find it. Great paint section, Behr products have been easy to work with and create a nice finished look

Needed some help today and had a lady help me find what l wanted. Then got a man to load it on a cart. At self check out the lady there helped find the correct price code. She then had two men help load the item into my suv. It weighted 60 lbs. Thanks to everyone that helped me today.

"Mulch sale 3 for 10. Was 3.97" ... sign next to it says 3.33. only a penny difference but the "was" price makes you think it's a mulch better deal. If you lie, please consider doing a better job 😂

I went to home depot because I bought a 18v ryobi battery on black Friday and when I received my package they send me the wrong item and when I reach a young lady by the name Bianca was so professional and very helpful I told her what happened with my package I walk with the item and the box it came in and she call the home depot warehouse where they ship the package and the lady wasn't able to help her so she went above and beyond the call of duty and resolve my problem and got me a better deal on my ryobi battery, Bianca is an awesome employee for home depot she made my drive and time at home depot thank you for making my day.

I almost never write Google reviews, but I am giving the Spring Hill Home Depot FIVE STARS, specifically because of my many wonderful experiences with one of their fantastic employees, Andrew Kelly. I have been a loyal and frequent customer of this particular store for 11 years, and I have shopped at other Home Depots since the late 1990s. And in all my time at Home Depot, I have never encountered a more knowledgeable, professional, efficient, polite, and service-oriented Home Depot employee than Andrew Kelly. I hope Home Depot management knows that they have a gem of an employee with Andrew Kelly. Even if I move to another county, I can assure you that I would go out of my way to return to the Spring Hill store in the hopes of being assisted by Andrew Kelly. He's that good.

Nice site that usually had everything I needed. The folks at the paint counter are the best. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I purchased my home and it was in need of some updating. I attempted to use the "blue boyz" but the customer service / prices just does not compare to HOME DEPOT. When walking down the isle (and looking confused) you are certain to be approached by one of their staff eager to assist. I also decided to upgrade my home windows and was going to get multiple quotes but since I had done business with this company as long as I have I just figured it was a "no brainer" to have them perform the installation. I am very pleased of such a company that seems to take great pride in their customers and their customers happiness. I say "GREAT JOB TO YOUR STAFF & THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE at the Spring Hill location!

Lori at the Pro Desk is AWESOME!!!

My husband and I came in last week to pick up 10 boxes of LVP flooring and 25 bags of 50-pound leveling. This was needed to do repairs on a flooring project that we had done through Home Depot.

We realized very quickly that all of this could not fit in our car. We would need a truck. Because we were doing our flooring project all through Home Depot, Lori found a way to secure a truck for us free of charge. Not a dime came out of our pockets for this. Laurie was phenomenal because she really made sure to convey to her manager what was happening and helped to secure the vehicle for us.

I know there are quite a few people named Lori in the department, but I am making sure to spell it exactly as she said – – LORI – so that she knows this review is all about her! I would do business with her again any day! She really understands great customer service and works diligently to provide that, and she does it all with a smile!
