I want to thank Anthony, the sales associate in the tile department on Sunday morning, 12/31/23. He was the kindest and most helpful person I have encountered in a retail store in years. He asked us several times if he could help us, and once we had some tile choices picked out, we discovered the store didn't have enough for our project. Anthony went above and beyond by locating more tile in 3 other stores in the area. He even called the stores and asked them to hold the product for us (our choice to drive--he also offered to order the tile but we didn't want to wait). He seemed like he cared that we got everything we needed. If I worked at Lowe's, I would be proud to work alongside such a dedicated person. My sincerest thanks to Anthony for making our project easier and for his genuine kindness. We will be back!

Ethan Caudell was a dream to work with to design our new kitchen. He took his time and listened to all our ideas! In the end he provided exceptional customer service and design tips. Highly recommend him to anyone local in need of a dedicated kitchen designer! Thanks again!

Also a wide variety of all your painting needs. Plus a beautiful variety of indoor and outdoor lighting.

If you go to this Lowe's, especially as a lady, ask to see Britney. She is kind and super helpful and doesn't condescend to you like a lot of the men who work there do. More on that later.

Britney came to help me after I'd been waiting for a bit. It was very busy, but she was all smiles and kind as can be. She helped me with getting the plexiglass I needed and getting it cut. She was efficient and knowledgeable and I hope to encounter her again the next time I'm shopping here.

As for the males employees, as a woman, it feels very discriminating when they obviously see you need help and don't even stop to ask if you need help. If they are helping another customer, they should still acknowledge you. The man in the aisle I was in today was helping another customer, so I waited until he was done, and said excuse me, sir, and he turned around and left the aisle. He heard me. He was looking right at me. I've actually had to ask him for help before, and if I'm with my husband, the employee is super helpful. If it's just me and he eventually does help me, he's incredibly condescending. As are some of the other male employees. It's 2023. Women do projects all by themselves. Time to change with the times.

I just wanted to let you know about 2 of your employees in the home improvement department. Terry and CJ are the best. They helped me pick out a new garage door opener, set up installation for me and helped me out after the partial installation. I'm still waiting for the installation after the company rescheduled me three times! I'll shop your dtore again but doubt if I'll use the installation service again! Im75 years old and that garage door is very heavy!

I have always shopped at the Orange box but recently have noticed their service is seriously lacking. When you go to Lowes they are more than helpful. A couple days ago Brandon in flooring went above and beyond helping me pick the right flooring for what I needed and even helped load it. The orange box just lost my business. I see nothing but Blue skies in my future. Thanks Lowe's for holding your employees accountable. It shows!
By the way check on the finished flooring! Love it!!!

I just went in to buy some specialty bulbs for my ceramic Christmas tree. It took a while but I finally found what I needed, because the bulb had to be narrow and it had to have a special candelabra base. Who knew these things existed, I guess people that use that type of bulb knew it existed. Once again Lowe's has exactly what I needed.

Bought 3 appliances, Val was our sales person very helpful!

Visited Lowe's today for some garden plants. I was happy with their selection. The staff is nice and was helpful when I asked about certain plants I was looking for.

Whoever the male employee that was outside watering near the clearance section is, he was awesome! My boyfriend and I thought he was super nice. He was funny and it was fun chatting with him.

It was a great experience today.

I wanted to give a big thank you to the employees at the Spring Hill FL. store. Today my husband suffered a medical emergency while checking out at the self service aisle around 1:00 pm. He felt faint and just about collapsed. It was after a blood draw which he sometimes has a bad reaction to. It was very scary for me but a nice lady who was working that aisle came to his rescue and got him a chair and some chocolates and water to bring him around. She was very sweet and I am sorry I did not get her name. but thanked her profusely as she helped him to our car. I just want to recognize her kindness for a stranger in need.We always shop at this store and are new residents of Florida from New Jersey. We always have a good shopping experience here, but this was way above and beyond. Thank you so much for helping me today ,he's feeling so much better now and we are planning to return in a few days to finish up our shopping that was cut short by him not feeling well while we were there.This store has great employees and I highly recommend it for anything you may need.

I'm impressed about this place. Whatever you are looking for they seem to have it. OK, they don't have everything but, at least the times I have run into that, they seem to know where I can get it. I have a very good impression about the place, especially with their knowledge staff. I'll be back there again and again.

Sometimes I think I can get better prices elsewhere but I'm always back. I don't know what it is but I feel very comfortable there.

Today I found out that they carry various things for your pet. I found a very interesting treat for my dog. He is still in training and that requires a lot of treats. They have most things you would need for your dog, cat or other pets.

Lowes has a fantastic in-store selection of shower heads when compared to other big box home improvement stores.

Found what we were looking for at a reasonable price and the woman at the register was very knowledgeable and helpful overall a good experience

First of all, I am not or near close to anybody who is an expert in construction. I rarely do it and I call somebody to come do it for me. But I needed something done, some plumbing, and I search for what I was looking for and I just did not know what I was doing. I spoke to Bobby, who laid everything out for me picked out everything I needed and when I came home I was still worried about doing it but because of the photos that I took and his explanation I was able to complete my plumbing job with no issues and no leaks. Bobby was a great help.

Love this Lowes, especially the clearance plant area, our entire property is adorned with plants, bushes and trees from that section!

Fast in and out for what you need. However returns and order pickup take a while.

One of the best Lowes I've been to. Typically always has what I need and if not, there's been a helpful employee that will assist me with an order or will look in the back for more stock.

I've met a few employees there and the majority are extremely nice and helpful. Almost makes you feel at home. Great stuff.

Always a good shopping experience. The military discount they offer helps alot
