Steak 'n Shake

I've been going to this location since it opened back up a couple of years ago. It's had some ups and downs, which is to be expected. However, it has been getting much better lately from my personal experiences.

Christian is a regular employee there (possibly a manager or team lead) and is wonderful. Extremely helpful and patient. I pray that young man is recognized and is being taken care of. It's people like him that makes this world go round. He treats all customers like family and with much respect.

The food is pretty swell for being Steak N Shake. Getting what I expect and the same with the shakes. The environment is friendly and relatively clean. There's always room for improvements and updates, but overall a great place and experience.

The only thing negative that I have, which I've found is an overall problem with all Steak N Shake locations now. And that is the new control factor on the soda machines. Scanning your receipt to obtain your soda is ridiculous and is one small step closer to removing basic human rights. A basic problem already seen besides the strain on human freedoms is the constant lines surrounding the soda machine. It takes forever and is uncomfortable. To say the least. Regardless how big or how small... it is what it is. And this is where I'll stop within the rabbit hole. Thank you for your time.

I’m mainly here to leave a review specifically for Ben. We love Steak N’ Shake burgers and fries, their shakes are fantastic. But the thing that brings us back every time is Ben’s exceptional service. He goes above and beyond. I’ve never seen someone so eager to help and serve others. If we pull up and Ben isn’t working we are disappointed. The other workers are great but Ben really is head and shoulders above the rest. If they can give Ben a raise, they should. And if you have the chance to go to this location and get a delicious burger with a side of joyous service, you won’t regret it. What a guy. We love Ben!!

Good food and shakes. What makes it 5 stars is their great customer service. In particular, Ben, has provided stellar customer service the last few times we've been here. Keep up the great work!

We enjoying going to the Spring Hill location. It is always clean and Ben is always helpful and friendly. We look forward to seeing Ben and his feeling his great energy. Food is great and the milkshakes are amazing.

I was actually very surprised. I haven't been to a Steak 'n Shake in years, and I had forgotten how much I loved them. It was so good I forgot pictures of the food! When we walked in, we were greeted by a polite young man who showed us how to order. You order on screen now yourself. The restaurant was very clean. Good music. Fun atmosphere from the 50s, like a diner feel. A claw machine. You pour your own drinks. The milkshakes looked so good, but I was too full to get one, so I'll be back! Drive thru was rocking, but the food came out hot and fresh and in a timely manner. Great job! We went on Sunday late afternoon around 5.

Self Kiosk for order but easy enough to use, Ben manager was amazing. He brought us our food and shakes and was very helpful if we needed anything. I also noticed him doing extras and not just standing around like most managers at these places. Food was good and overall service was great.

I was so happy to go to this location. Ben, the manager,was absolutely wonderful. He and his team really care about their customers and do everything in their power to make everyone happy. The restaurant was clean, the food great and overall, great!

This location is amazing. Ben is one of the best employees I’ve ever seen, every time I go he’s always positive and happy to help. The food is amazing. The place is clean and the customer service is spot on, especially BEN makes this place number one in my book.

Manager came and helped us use the kiosk. Quick and easy. Took 15 min to receive 2 burgers....seemed awfully long as the store was only 1/4 full. Food was good and fresh. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by Ben as we walked in and he asked if we had any questions about the menu or using the self serve kiosk. He brought our meal over and always had a smile on his face. It was nice to see a young man enjoying his job and interacting with the customers. Thank you Ben, you made our day !!

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on any restaurant let alone a fast food chain but I have to this time. This was by far the best experience I’ve had at any fast food restaurant, as soon as I came in, man at the door greeted me with enthusiasm , he also assured all customers were helped and satisfied. Then the FOOD. This burger looked amazing and tasted better. The chef working the grille is an artist. I wish I didn’t live an hour away or I’d be here every other day . Amazing

I love this place. Very clean and nice atmosphere. I don't live close, but it's worth the drive. We dine in every time.

I have never been to a Steak n' Shake I didn't like, but this one... I LOVED. I don't know who was greeting customers at the door but they were amazing; kind, patient, and helpful. Even when a customer was rude to them, they carried on happily making sure everyone was doing well.

It's still great here! Come during happy hour and get a smoothie! :D

My family and I stopped in for lunch today and we were pleasantly surprised. We were immediately greeted by Ben who advised us of our ordering options and offered help with the process if needed. After ordering our food we watched as Ben made his way around the restaurant greeting guests, cleaning tables and running milk shakes to different tables. This guy is a real asset, it's been awhile since I've come into contact with someone so happy and genuine. The food was delicious and affordable. I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

The service here is amazing. You get greeted at the door and helped on your ordering process. The food was all hot and delicious and the restaurant was very clean.

Always super friendly, super clean and the employees always seem so happy to be working in this environment! Thank you guys! Also, Ben loves this job & loves the people, he is always on top of everything!

My wife had never had Steak& Shake before, so I insisted we go. She enjoyed it, the atmosphere was classic, the food was amazing, and the milk shakes were everything we expected

Amazing service, me and my family were very happy with the service, our server Ben was very sweet and over all a really attentive making are experience a great.

Ben is literally the best employee! His customer service skills are out of this world! Thanks for making this an enjoyable quick bite with my kiddos!
