AT&T Store

I recently had a terrible experience while trying to switch my cellular services online and wanted to leave a positive review for the Mariner store. Like most people, I prefer to handle everything from the comfort of my own home, but there are times when it's necessary to deal with things in person. I went to the Mariner location and was unsure of what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised when the entire crew immediately began working to resolve my issue. I have had the opportunity to witness true teamwork in action, and the way that Jose, Nathan, Carolyn, and Heather worked together was a great example of that. Each person played a role in resolving my issue and helping me switch from my uncooperative previous provider to my new service. I was not there to purchase a new phone or generate revenue for the store, so seeing their willingness to help me at such a high level was impressive. They spent over an hour working on my problem and made sure that everything was 100% functional before I left. I wanted to take the time to say "THANK YOU" because not only did they resolve my issue, but they did it with a smile (and a few laughs). Their customer service went above and beyond what was required. If you are in need of cellular services from an AT&T representative or storefront, I highly recommend visiting this crew at the Mariner store. You will not be disappointed.

Mr. Nate is so dang on awesome. He helped us get 2 new phones and fix things on our plans. He went above and beyond. Thank you very much for your service. Spring Hill store is my new AT&T store!!!

Nathan and Jose were amazing. They got us the products that work with our lifestyle.
We had so many questions and we were a little indecisive at first but they were so calm helpful and very professional. These two were amazing. Keep it up guys you represent what customer care is and an example for others

The employees in this store are all great, super sweet and very funny .They helped me a lot with getting a new phone at a good deal. I will definitely be going back to them in the future!!

I went to the ATT store to give them my new credit card number so they can bill me uninterrupted. The agent saw me quickly, he was very courteous and very efficient while doing his job! I was out of the store in about five minutes, it was great!!
