Awesome!! Helped me get a new office chair and they had some good prices on the bubble mailers I needed. Disappointing lack of Steam gift cards, which I honestly expected to be able to buy here pretty easily - but the friendly staff makes up for it

We purchased an HP All-in-one printer, Lenovo laptop, plus the ink and software at Staples in Plattsburgh today. Rob, tech support, guided us every step of the way. He provided excellent customer service and recommendations. Everything we wanted was in stock and on sale! We’ll return this store and Rob next time for tech assistance great and customer service! 🤩

I just went to staples for a last minute photo in a frame and the general manager (I did not catch her name) treated me with the most professional and kind service. She even put my photo in my fram and peeled the price tag off while I was out shopping waiting for my photo to print.

The people there are always great and more than will to assist you with your need. They always try and save you a buck at the register as well. Though I have going there for years and using my wife reward account. This time I created my own and it took like a block of an eye at the register. Now I don't have to try and remember my wife's account info . I just have to remember my phone number. This is my place i prefer to go when my wife goes to Micheals next door. I have baught anything from candy, phone cords, speaker wires, glassed, pens, markers, paper, filers, enveloped, printers, stuff I shouldn't be buying, and much much more. They have all your shopping needs for the office, to include coffee.

Staples to me is like Home Depot to my husband. Being a rewards member I get many discount offers. The Plattsburgh, NY store has a great personnel who are always ready to assist.
