Super clean, organized, well stocked, awesome employees. This is the place to go for the Aldi experience, they do it right!

My favorite place to shop! Aldi makes things easy, very organized aisles, easy to find whatever I need. I'm able to pick up my staple items as well as take advantage of whatever weekly specials are going on at the time. Employees are super friendly and the prices are fantastic. Only "warning" about Aldi is some of their offerings are limited-time so if you really like something, you may choose to stock up as it may not be there the next time you visit. The cheese department is impressive as are the meats, including many grass-fed organic selections. They don't have things like offal (liver, brains, bone marrow, etc.) that I have to source elsewhere, but that's OK, I'm able to get over 90% of my shopping done here and can get the rest from WF or local ethnic grocers, of which there are several.

My favourite place to shop! I honestly enjoy coming here, they have a great variety. Some of the things i have tried and loved: the almond bark chocolate is the best for melting chocolate, sweet Hawaiian crescent is perfect for sweets i like it more than the original. The calzone and the stuffed chicken are sooo goood 🤤 also there is a lot of organic choices with a great price. Overall great products great price.

If you don't shop at Aldi, you should. For the most part where inflation seems to have increased everything at places like Jewel and Mariano's, Aldi's prices are still good. And their brands are almost always as good or better than name brands.

Aldi excellent prices quality with limited choices/ brands in each category / food type , which simplifies shopping.

Best experience this morning. No croutons were out but then came Paul to the rescue. He is always very helpful and extremely polite. He deserves a raise!!

Always go here and there organic fruit is the same price as other's chemical fruit. If you think chemical fruit is to harsh than you better read up on it! People are nice,super duper fast check out ( like lightening fast), and fantastic prices

We have been shoping at this, our local Aldi since it opened in 2016.
We are big fans of this ALDI, shopping here for all of our groceries here except for the items that we need which ALDI does not offer.
Our cashier today, Natalia, is fairly new to this ALDI and was very nice and polite to me, treating me like a highly-valued customer.
I like this ALDI.

Love going to this Aldi, so clean, much bigger, and self checkouts.. lol I basically am there every other day, there veggies are fresher than Walmart’s or other stores near by and at decent prices.

This is the best Aldi I've seen. It being so new has a lot to do with it I'm sure. My only complaint is that they always take away certain items that are considered staples for a lot people. But I think that's part of how the whole company operates to keep pricing low. Can't complain too much.

Make sure you grab a cart!!! I always say just picking up a few things no need and end up with arms full and dropping items so I need to follow my own advice. They have a great clearance section you can find anything from kitchenware to cosmetic items. I particularly like there gourmet label. Great prices and excellent return policy they take back anything no questions asked no receipt get a store credit.

One of the best Aldi's in the area. I have been to two others and they just don't compare to this one in Palatine. Clean, well stocked store with fresh and delicious food with more variety. Staff is quick, efficient and friendly. I get all my groceries here and the meals I prepare at home are delicious, tender and flavorful.

I really like this Aldi store which has the newest format. Bright store with good looking produce. Love all the cheese and deli options at great prices. Fresh Tilapia and Salmon. Good selection of Chicken, Pork & Beef also at good prices. Large wine and decent beer options. Will travel a bit further to go to this store.

I love this aldi so much. I get all my food here! Clean establishment and always well stocked. I wanted to mention one cashier, Sarah, who really blew me away with her customer service and all around personality.
She was so genuinely kind and sweet and had such a welcoming smile. A lot of aldi employees throw your groceries around and seem really unenthusiastic during their job but Sarah was so warm and sweet. I was already sold on coming to this store because of the products but amazing employees like Sarah really make a simple mundane errand like getting groceries so much nicer.

Tonight my wife’s car battery went dead, 11 degrees outside. and Isabella, one of the workers at the Palatine Aldi took the time out of her lunch-break to run home and get jumper cables. Isabella was super kind and helpful. She went above and beyond to serve the customer.

I love shopping at this Aldi's. It's always so clean and organized. I started shopping at this one because they were one of newer format stores. I always love the limited items because it gets me to try stuff I wouldn't normally buy. This is where I do my primary grocery shopping. Great place to shop!

I cannot not share this with all of you. (It’s long but worth it)

My son and I went to ALDI this evening, despite the -10 degree windchill. Everything is fine until I turn the key in the ignition of my ancient (2004 with 245,000 miles) car. The key piece breaks off of the fob. Since it is a chip key, there is no way to start the car unless they are together.

After walking down to Target (in the same strip mall) I think I’ve fixed the problem. But I haven’t. Now I can’t even unlock the door. A man walks past and asks if I’m ok. Remember it’s dark, I’m a single mom with a son on the Autism Spectrum and we are in a parking lot. But I’m desperate and, besides, it’s ALDI. Right? So I admit I’m out of ideas and yes I would appreciate his help.

In the course of things, I find out he’s on his dinner break and works at ALDI. (Of course…).

He spends the next 15 minutes (in the -10 windchill) getting my key fob to work just enough to open the door. Then he manages to get the key fob to stay together long enough to start the car so I can get home.

I hugged him.

We have been shopping at this Aldi for msny, many years and we really like this place.
Today's experience was very good- we saved a lot of money and got in and out of there pretty quickly while the staff is always very kind and polite.
I would highly recommend this Aldi.
