Yesterday I had the most outstanding customer service provided to me by the lumber area supervisor Alan !
He went above and beyond what I expected and his attention and professionalism was just 10/10.
I called in to ask on ideas as to what I would need to make a few repairs in my kitchen after a few pipes busted Alan was so helpful . Twenty minutes later when I arrived at Home Depot to meet Alan everything he suggested from protective gear to the drywall tape etc You name it and it was up front waiting on me. This is my go to guy 💯 On top of that as I was planning on trying to fit Sheetrock in my SUV he suggested that if I had my measurements he could cut the pieces out there, no hassle whatsoever. I was shell-shocked. At that moment I totally felt like dude this guy needs to be recognized. Totally heart warming experience in which many businesses lack. This guy truly is a unique and outstanding individual.

Got a great deal on large toolboxes on display. Staff and manager made extra effort to make me happy on this. They even delivered for free. Several hundred pounds of toolboxes.

Today I had a curb pick up late in the evening. The employee Kendra helped me to bring my order to my car and kept it with care. She was very pleasant and polite and asked me if I needed anything else. Thanks for great customer service especially at this store in palatine. I have been shopping for 23 years.

The staff at this location are so incredibly kind and helpful. I was there earlier this week making a quick purchase. When I got to my car after checking out, it wouldn't start. The store would be closing in the next 30 mins so I was panicking because it was late at night and I was far away from home. I went back into the store and asked for help, and they went above and beyond. A very nice girl brought me a bottle of water while I waited (she could see I was upset), and a very nice man named Taylor was able to get my car jumped using one of the store vehicles. He took extra care to make sure my car was good to go, and even gave me the jumper cables with the box and instructions to take with me in case I ever ran into that situation again, which I found to be extremely caring of him. He truly saved me and I am so grateful to him and the rest of the staff for their kindness!

Always has you need, especially if you are doing some small fixes at home you will definitely find a fix here

I had a positive experience at Home Depot with a variety of wood and plants available. I was in need of one very small piece of wood, that one piece of wood I got from the scrap, I got it without being charged. Staff cooperated me. I saw many good plants in garden over there , So I decided to buy . At the enterance I saw tomato plant support cage and took four . Overall, it seemed like I found good staff and a wide selection of products.

Sunny was so helpful! He helped me find the correct lock set I needed for my door and keyed the lock for me. He is extremely patient. Great experience!

I've had really good customer service here. Appreciate the staff. The expert loader John is a pleasure each time he helps me load my car!

Wow, this is a vast store in Buffalo grove. They're rightly managed and named aisles and the best part is that the staff's customer support is awesome.
