AT&T Store

A late post but wanted to share, had such a wonderful experience at this store last week. Raphael was very kind, professional and helpful to say the least. Not only did he help me upgrade my current phone I also saved money on my bill. It's not every day you run into sales representatives that make you feel wonderful about a purchase/service and go above and beyond to help their customers. Will definitely be sticking to this location from now on!

I needed special help because my voicemail stopped working. I was in the store for a while and witnessed how Isabel Valentina helped each person that came in a caring way. Everyone had problems and she patiently helped them. You are lucky to have such a great person representing ATT. I will find Isabel when I need to get new phones or services. And. She dug in a fixed my voicemail. I had called customer service on the phone and after more than an hour, they could not help me. A big thank you to Isabel.

Rafael and Jermal made me feel at home when looking around carriers since, we are not from the area. Really knowledgeable and took their time to make sure I knew everything! This is my main store moving forward!

Went in to get the new iPhone and was greeted and helped by Jorge S. He was the best! So so helpful for the entire process, answered all questions I had thoroughly, and made it possible so I could go home with the new iPhone 14 plus, screen protectors, & a charger. He helped me stay within my budget which is something I greatly appreciate & dont see very often. Overall the best experience I’ve had at any phone store! I wish there were more sales reps like Jorge because he was the best!

ISABEL was so patient and persistent in solving my issues. She went beyond to help me every step of the way. I highly recommend her .

Just a great job , Noa! a professional in his field ! Iron grip , brings the matter to an end . He helped me a lot and brought the matter to an end (he was engaged in me for 3 hours) I recommend this department and employees. They work together ! Amicably !

I always come here to pay my bill, but with the experience I have had since the new manager took over in October has gained my trust in this store for my new lines and upgrades. They go above and beyond to make sure all my stuff switches over. Amanda was my rep today and she was so helpful. Adrian is funny and extremely knowledgeable. Don’t go by the bad reviews as you know people get changed all the time.

I was there about two weeks ago and was in need of a new cell phone. I'm usually too busy to keep up with newest phones and I've had my previous cell phone for over 4 years so I wasn't sure what I wanted. Rafael was the one who helped me and he showed me all the phones and was very knowledgeable about all the futures so it made my decision a whole lot easier. I went with a S10+ and two weeks later I am still impressed by this phone. Its perfect and makes my job a lot easier. I highly recommend everyone to check out this location and ask for the manager Rafael. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed with his professionalism and knowledge of every item in that store. Thanks to him I got the perfect phone and service I need and definitely will be back to see what other services I can switch too and make my life and work easier.

After four (4) days of excruciating experience in moving our cellphone lines. Starting with the AT&T Store at 1617 N Damen Ave 60622 (which initiated the nightmare), the AT&T Deer Park store, to customer service to sales and back and forth. Nobody seemed to be able to fix the vicious cycle of mistakes done by one incompetent sales personnel and online sales and port transfer tech guy that went on and on for days.

That was until I made the decision to visit the Palatine store and met the manager of the store Noah and he fixed everything that 19 other AT&T staffs have not been able to.

Noah mentioned that my case was unique. But after all the fiasco, I say you might as well start with someone who has the readiness to help and MOST OF ALL, HIGHLY KNOWLEDGEABLE LIKE NOAH. I walked out of his stores with wings on my feet.

Quality service, personable staff and exceptional customer care. Alfredo Jimenez, employee, was outstanding and guided me throughout my whole time in the store! Was kind, knowledgeable and professional, without being overwhelmingly salesy, which was awesome! Great to see that there are still folks out there that simply care about the well-being of the customer and not simply making money off of them. Highly recommend this location and advise you ask for ALFREDO, he will not disappoint!!!

Love this store. The people are always so helpful and polite. Amy has helped several times and makes coming to this location more than worth it. There was also a rep named Michael who even though he recently started working here, he was all over the sales stages and also did great. I would only come to this location just for the amazing service. Great store. Highly recommended. 💯💯

Jorge was extremely helpful to me with my S20 keyboard problem. Deer Park was if no help. I upgraded to a S22 -he helped me much. Coming back to transfer internet to ATT from Comcast. Thanks again.

This location is really good because I enjoyed the great service. This location helped me pay my bill regardless of the long wait. They knew how to prioritize each customer’s requests. This place got packed but the employees knew what they were doing. Dan and AJ were very patient and kind. They knew how to solve the issues of other clients. I recommend to go to this place if you need to upgrade because the gentlemen are very patient and informative.

Jorge took so much anxiety off of my plate. He bent over backwards to help me and help me he did. He even took care of my iPad issues (brand new) that even the geniuses at Apple couldn’t figure out. If Jorge doesn’t deserve a raise then who does?

Yesenia spent hours assisting us and was completely patient, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. She genuinely enjoys her job and makes the customer feel both welcomed and comfortable. She is a representative who builds relationships rather than just does her job. We are thankful for her positive attitude and kind disposition.

We had a great experience at this store. Jasmine greeted us immediately upon our arrival and was very helpful and knowledgeable. We accomplished exactly what we were looking to in an efficient and timely manner. I highly recommend this store to everyone.
