My favorite Starbucks. I go there all the time. The app makes it so easy. I pre-order, and it's ready when I arrive .

Always a great place to stop for coffee. They are so helpful and friendly.

Cas is amazing! She's super fast and professional, but always happy to engage. Whenever I'm at this store, I noticed they seem to somehow get the crankiest customers, but she and the staff always kill it. Great indoor and outdoor space too.

I ordered from the wrong Starbucks and your barista was so sweet and accommodating! She started on my order right away and my order was ready in less than five minutes of getting there! Best Starbucks in Palatine! Amazing baristas 🫶🏻

I didn’t catch a name, but thank you to the tall, young man wearing glasses. This was around 3:15 today. He made my day better today. It’s great to see we still have amazing people in this world. He’s in the right business treating people with kindness and care. Keep being yourself and don’t change for anyone! Thank you once again!

Nice little Starbucks..... friendly people, well staffed so the service is quick even when there is a small line. The parking is a bit hard to get in and out but there are usually at least few spits open and if you are willing to wait extra 30 seconds you will be fine getting out of the parking lot.

My favorite Starbucks...staff is always friendly and accommodating, frequently chatting about how your day is going.

Definitely a pain to get in and out of if you're parking due to the location/orientation, but a great spot to start your day off right!

They're fast and friendly and they always make me a perfect drink. They even found a way to make me a more diabetic friendly iced espresso drink.

Barista’s are great, love this location. The workers are very friendly & sweet.
New manager here comes off more aggressive than my liking. He came up to me and introduced himself to me as the manager, he proceeded to do so without a face mask on, too abrasive for my taste.

This starbucks is my absolute favorite location! The staff is always SO sweet! They get a line wrapped around their building and knock it out in less than 10 minutes. I never have to worry about being late when I stop at this Starbucks.

Stocked up more often than other locations and friendly staff

Went there for only once, being in the area, but the staff was super chill and accommodating. The drinks were correct and the service was relatively fast. Plenty of parking.

This store has become my second home, all thanks to the wonderful people that go out of their way to make each customer feel welcome and valued. I moved to the area without knowing a single soul; the friendly and professional (they all know their product!) team have quickly become like a second family. I cannot rate this branch high enough.

The seating is great; really conductive to both relaxing and for some focus intensive work. The cafe is clean and always has some pleasant music playing in the background to create that ideal ambiance. Invest in this Starbucks as your local, you will not be disappointed!

A British 10/10 is awarded to the Northwest Highway Palatine Starbucks store and team.

These guys were able to show a non coffee drinker (myself) or a really new coffee drinker if you may, the easiest way to order from what seemed to be a complicated menu. I was ordering for someone else too, and I said I needed a Tai Chi latte..... that's a martial art.... yeah...lol...we had a good laugh and they knew what I meant. I'm in love with this mocha coffee drink. Where have I been all of these years? Great customer service guys!!!!! Also, thanks for helping me out with the downloading and explaining of the Starbucks app too.... awesome experience

Your gonna almost always scrape your bumper getting into this place but the Staff and environment is very clean, respectful.

This is a really nice Starbucks, coffee tastes really good and staff is always super nice. It may be hard to go through the drive through at certain times of the day due to the proximity of one of the main entrances to the strip mall.
