Despite our long visit, Chris W was hospitable, accommodating, and understanding during our 2-3 hour consultation. He was able to help us by providing exceptional service which was informative, showing expertise in his occupation and aided in providing an easy experience. I would definitely recommend receiving assistance from this location as friendly employees made our wait enjoyable with excellent customer service while addressing our needs. Thank you.

I worked with Christopher today. He was amazing. Not only did he save me money by switching carries, his customer service was awesome. Marcus was wonderful. We told him about our experience an another store and he just took us in. He was able to explain things to why certain things did not happen. He took care of it for us. He went out of his way to take care of anything else we had questions about. Will be making sure we go back here and ask for him

I had to get my apps back on the main screen and some other technical issues. I went into the store and Claudia was amazing!! The best customer and technical support I received in a long time! I love my Tmobile even more and now Claudia!

I came for changing my phone carrier from AT&T to T-Mobile. Dashana helped me through the process with very comforting & cheerful attitude. She had to call AT&T customer service and be on long hold to talk to them and finally got the work done for me. Defenetly She is a great asset. Thanks Dashana and T-Mobile for going through all the strenuous process for helping me. Appreciate it

I just want to start off by saying how great of a experience I had in store today. I normally dont write reviews but Cesar did an amazing job helping me with the phone and watch I needed- even with the holiday rush. The store manager Dustin I believe was the one that answered when I called to ask questions and he was very patient with me and answered all my questions. Then when I came into the store Cesar was there and helped me tons. Overall amazing experience- definitely have had bad ones so this definitely helped.

Back in April 2022 we came to this store looking to switch from Sprint to T-Mobile. We were given a lot of miscommunication over the phone from customer care about the best way to go about this. On 2 separate occasions we had to go in store and we received excellent customer service from Sofia (who informed us she typically works from the Stonebriar location) and Andrew, one of the Retail Managers. Both of them did a great job at advocating for us with the misunderstanding we kept coming across with customer care over the phone. We felt that we could trust the store staff, and that everything they told was in our best interest. We are very thankful for their patience and how great of a job they did at explaining everything to us

Spending time in a cellular provider store can be a painful experience. However, my experience at this location was fantastic. The employee Marcus was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience and I'm happy that I chose to go in-store versus ordering online.

Greg was awesome!! I was dreading going into the store to switch service and buy phones/watches. We needed service switched quickly due to a family member leaving the next day so we didn’t want to order online and wait for the SIM card after our numbers would be ported. I was expecting attempts to be upsold on everything and hidden fees snuck into the paperwork. Greg was very friendly, knowledgeable, and made understanding all charges (present and future) easy to understand. He waived some fees I was expecting to pay without me even asking. He was patient with all my questions and took care of everything despite the store being short staffed, never at all making me feel pressured into buying something I don’t need. He was chill, helpful, and pleasant to everyone, even helping others while waiting on the system to process some of my orders. If I need anything in the future I’ll check with Greg! Thanks Greg!

Stopped in after work one evening as my new cell phone would not accept the old SIM card. Cesar Rojas offered me excellent and professional service to get me out the door as quick as he could. It was greatly appreciated!

I was confronted by an executive and my query was addressed immediately. No waiting or wasting time. Good.

The tacos were a little tough, but the pancakes more than made up for it. Be sure to ask for their Martini menu!... or you could just write the same boring reviews as everyone else does: everything was at or above expectations blah blah blah.

We recently switched from Verizon to T-mobile. During the account setup, something strange happened and caused complications on one of our phone network services. I spoke with the original store that set up the account and phones, talked with tech support on the phone for over an hour, and then came into this store for further assistance. It seemed like it was never going to be resolved. That was until Cesar at the store helped me. He was diligent in finding a solution. He spent over an hour and a half running through possible fixes until he found one. His dedication to his job and the customer is very apparent. His help alone kept us as T-Mobile customers. I will recommend him specifically to everyone I know.

Was ready to leave T-mobile after a couple of bad experiences I had, But after my visit at this location with Melody I am now Completely happy! She helped me with the issues I had with my phone , helped get me into a better phone (it was long overdue), heard me out, and reassured me that T-mobile was the right choice!

Needed help with my phone and had some questions about purchasing a new one. Christopher assisted me and was very knowledgeable and courteous. Excellent salesman and seems to actually care about his customers. Would definitely recommend!
