AT&T Store

Kevin f is doing awesome and his first experience with our deafness. We are trying to communicate with disability dept that verifies me. So he is trying to go through and very patience helping us. All goes we’ll definitely more than 5 stars for his performances. Happy with him.

I walked in looking for a Christmas gift for my husband and was greeted right away by Edgar and Maria. Let me tell you about this duo….they tagged team me like a WWE wrestling match. They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were telling me about the different promos as if they were reciting rap lyrics, it was amazing. I did finally end up getting something nice and best part was that I was able to finance it. I live in Lanham, MD but I will make sure to come to this location for my future purchases. Thanks again!

We worked with Edgar at the Annapolis Mall location over two days and he was excellent! He helped upgrade phones for our entire family! We 100% got 5 star service!

I was having a major issue with my phone. AT&T is my provider. I went to a certain AT&T store and they were unable to solve my problem. Next stop, Best Buy’s “Geek Squad” who could not resolve my problem. Finally, I went to the Apple Store at the Mall. You guessed it, strike 3!!! As luck would have it, I accidentally strolled by your store, and thought, “what the hell,” I’ll give it one more try. I told Kevin my situation and he immediately went to work trying to resolve my issue. He was extremely patient and worked with me for over an hour, determined to fix my problem. He would not stop until he resolved the issue. He is truly an asset to your business. I can’t thank you enough Kevin.

It has been the best experiment we have had in all the years we have been coming to any Att store. The service at the Annapolis mall store was the best. Zeiad was so helpful, his knowledge is amazing. What a great employee. They all should be like that. Awesome experience!!

Went in to upgrade my son’s iPhone. Visiting from out of state and was worried about spending too much, worked with Z and he was super awesome! I’ll always do business with him from now on!

Zeiad and Juan were exceptional and helped us out with everything we needed and helped us save $$$! They also introduced us to firstnet and how my family got 25% off their lines. Both deserve raises, and Juan for the manager spot!

Edwin the sales associate and Maria the manager were excellent! They greeted me, offered an upgrade to the iPhone 14 pro max and my new phone had been successfully ordered! Excellent customer service!

We came in to switch over from T-Mobile and Zeiad and Juan helped us out. They signed us up for FirstNet and made the process of switching over so easy for us! Juan for manager!

Customer service in this at&t store is UNMATCHED. Excellent customer from EVERYONE with my first experience at this specific at&t store. Eddie was amazing , Michael was incredible! Insightful, responsive, upbeat , professional and patient. In less than 10 minutes i walked out with a new apple watch!

Came in for upgrade. Chris was excellent and helped with the set up, answered all my questions and went line by line with my bill to help me cut savings on my 4 phone account. He also put me, the customer first by assisting me with helping save on some accessories for my new phone.

Will not be going any place else for my account and phone needs. Chris was honest, helpful and professional. A+ experience at this store.

The AT&T store in Annapolis mall exceeded my expectations to the upmost. I was greeted by Eddie with full excitement! He triaged me and set me up with Maria. Maria was very attentive and patient. She regained service to my phone (needed to switch it to 5G), she did a thorough review of my account, and assisted me with upgrades and canceling lines on my account I was paying for and not using. Maria was patient enough that she actually took over 45 minutes trying to cancel the lines with AT&T representatives on the phone and not display any annoyance to me. (It took so long because the representatives kept disconnecting the call and/or transferring her to the wrong departments). Maria was so patient with explaining my services over and over to be sure I was comfortable with my understanding. She even extended her services to connect our new equipment once it arrives, since it had to be ordered. We will definitely be back.
Out of all of the years I’ve been a customer of AT&T, this was by far the best customer service I’ve ever received. No fast talking to get me caught in contracts, extras, or equipment I didn’t need. The other two associates in the store, Edwin and the other guy (I didn’t catch his name) were polite and helpful, as well.

Zeiad was very hopeful and had the best customer service. Will be returning to this location.

Stephen and Chris were absolutely great. They were very attentive, patient and kind. Both gentleman helped me get my new phone and also helped set it up. One of my phones were messed up and Stephen helped solved the problem! Francisco also helped me chose the best decision regarding upgrading my device. Just overall a pleasant experience with these guys. Great costumer service.

Just completed a very complicated plan at AT&T. Steve did an incredible job of explaining the plan and the various options. He is truly customer focused and has the best interest of the company and the customer. We will return to this store and recommend to family and friends. Everyone in the store was so helpful and friendly. Had great conversation. Michael was really helpful along with Francisco who knows alot about Anime and was great! The manager Eddie was the best. Maria was great too!

Micheal is a rockstar! He is a wealth of knowledge, his customer service is outstanding.
He spoke with me about literally every detail of all options! After we picked a plan that was truly a perfect fit for me and my jobs workload. PLEASE PAY THIS MAN MORE MONEY.
