Stopped by this weekend with my wife and received excellent customer service from Michael. He answered all of our questions and helped us both pick out shoes that fit our needs. He was very easy going with many rounds of swapping sizes, widths, and colors until we found exactly what we wanted. Thank you for the wonderful experience and we will be back!

Nice store! I went during a weekday to buy my boyfriend a new pair, so I already knew what I wanted. It was not busy when I went and I got help relatively quick. Easier than online thats for sure!

Karen took exceptionally great care of me! I walked in with a walker - she immediately had a place for me to sit with armrests so it would be easier for me to get up. She then actually "listened" to me, measured my feet, went into the back, and brought the PERFECT shoe for me! I loved it immediately and wore them out of the store. My walking is MUCH better now! Thanks, Karen - we'll DEFINITELY be back!

She has been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the best types of shoes I need to purchase for the variety of activities that I participate in. New Balance are my go to comfort shoe plus they have a very stylish look to add to the comfort factor. Many times I'm able to get a great bargain or deal, and especially love the buy 2 get 1 free deal. I find the shoes supportive, flexible, breathable, and at a fantastic price. I also love the New Balance point reward system that allows you to accumulate points for every dollar spent that ypu can use toward purchases and merchandise. The stores have great service and sales support team that really know their products and provide awesome recommendations and suggestions; I usually heed their advice too. I haven't been let down yet. If you're in the need or want for some new athletic shoes I highly recommend getting into a New Balance shoe store. Your feet will thank you.

My first visit was horrible and almost made me not want to go back, but I was in dire need of shoes. The first visit the most I got from three employees was, "hi". This time a younger gentleman sprung up and greeted me and had me in a pair of shoes within minutes. I wish I remembered his name, because he was awesome.

Excellent service. Both my girls said what good customer service we had, they are only 8 and 10! For them to recognize that was pretty cool. Store wasn't busy so we were helped immediately. Definitely recommend it.
