I am so impressed with the service and professional service I received from the team at this location!!😎

I needed to send a large/heavy 💪 box of craft supplies by ground and was given all of the options for the rates without any pressure on upgrades. The young lady was very helpful and even verified the information she was giving me with her coworker to be sure she was giving me accurate information. The bax arrived in excellent condition and on time! I was also very impressed with the fact that it arrived without a single crease in the box. ☺💯

I was having an awful day, everything was going wrong for me. I stopped in to ship a package and had a great experience there. It put me in a better mood. I was having trouble focusing, but the gentleman that helped me was very patient, explained everything, and was extremely professional and polite. It helped my day go a little better. This was my second time using them and it was great the first time too.

I had an Amazon return drop off this morning at the Apex UPS store. I waited patiently behind a customer that gave Mason a pretty hard time for no reason. He handled it professionally and efficiently. Mason also handled my return quickly and with a smile. This store is lucky to have an employee of his caliber.

These guys are AMAZING! No LINE!!! No WAIT!!! This was the highlight of my day, until I was greeted with a warming SMILE! But not to mention, the most SYMPATHETIC, COMPASSIONATE, PATIENT, & most UNDERSTANDING young man in customer service in such a long time I had to leave a ***** REVIEW…..

I had a great experience at this UPS store. I was waited on quickly, and Kwa was SUPER helpful and made sure I got the best deal by consolidating my items for a return. Very grateful!

Store manager, Geraldine, was very helpful, friendly, and patient when I needed to cancel a shipment. She easily could have told me "too bad, so sad" but she went out of her way to assist!!!! Thank you Miss Geraldine!

Visited around lunchtime for notary services. The employee was working alone but was very efficient and laid back and helped us through with no missteps. Our situation involved multiple steps, including faxing, verifying fax receipt, copies, and then finally mailing. My husband and I were stressed and against a deadline, but the employee’s demeanor kept us calm and we got through it. We really appreciated his help.

David was amazing his customer service was up and beyond any other UPS store i have been to. Came in to get a notary done and I was able to also mail off my notarized letter all in one trip. I highly recommend this store they will take care of you.

I don't think I've ever been treated as nicely as when I walked into this UPS Store. I needed to return a cable box to AT&T, and I was able to walk in with no box or anything and they took care of the return. The girl gave me a card and told me about all the other services they offer, and was very friendly. Out of the 3 UPS Stores I've visited in the Raleigh area, I'd say this is the best one by far.

Today I came in to find a rather obscure box size that I hadn't been able to find anywhere else. I needed that particular size to return a device, by the requirements of the manufacturer. When the owner of this UPS Store couldn't help me find a box of the same size, he offered to help me repair the damaged box I already had, free of cost.

I feel like in this day and age, it's important to call out the stores where you can always expect the best customer service, because sometimes it's hard to find businesses that care.

I don't think I've ever spent more than three minutes in this UPS Store, which is a pretty big compliment. Dealing with this store is quick and easy, there's never too much of a line, and staff here are very efficient. It is pretty much just a counter, though!

I have visited The UPS Store at this location several times within the past year to send items to family members in several states, and have been very pleased with the efficiency and friendliness of the employees. They also made me aware of discounts that I did not know existed, which I really appreciated. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

I have rented a mailbox from this particular UPS location for about four years now...both for business and personal use. Each UPS is individually owned and managed, following UPS Corporate guidelines. I am thrilled that I chose this particular UPS Store, based on ratings and location at the time, because I have been extremely pleased with the service I have received. The owner of this store, Aman, is very “hands on” when it comes to management. He works right along side his employees, and as far as I can tell, asks the same of his employees that he himself is willing to give: 100%. Well, as an owner, Aman likely gives much more, but you get my point.

The store is well-organized, fully stocked, and (this is important to me...) CLEAN. Parking has never been a hassle; it’s a good location. Each and every staff member is knowledgeable...and if I happen to have a question that goes beyond the familiar, they are willing to go the extra mile to find the answer for me. This speaks to their integrity as a business team. So many businesses today are fundamentally ok with giving “half answers” or telling the client what they want to hear, instead of taking the time to find out the facts...even if the answer is, “No, we don’t do that here, but here’s where you can go”, etc.

All in all, I have never been displeased with ANYONE at this store, nor any service offered. They always go above and beyond. When choosing your UPS Store, consider this one. The best of the best business team...right here.

David C-N is a shining light when it comes to customer service! I walk with a walker and needed his Notary Public services 3 times in the last week. He helped me above and beyond by literally doing all the leg work for me. So grateful

I went to this location to ship some packages and was absolutely blown away by the great service I received. The lady who helped me was so knowledgeable and friendly, it was honestly way more than I had expected. Her salesmanship and overall customer service were off the charts which is why I will be back time and time again.

Staff was great! I was irritated by Spectrum store not taking equipment due to covid but the staff here were very knowledgeable and helpful. They got my equipment, scanned it and gave me a receipt EASY! I truly appreciated the help!

I called this location today, but the phone number was disconnected. I was alarmed, so I called the corporate customer service. They advised me that ownership was transferred just a couple of days ago and there is apparently a gap in the telephone coverage. I was advised that the store is still open and will continue to operate normally. I was releaved, but I'm dissapointed that this happend. Since the store closes at 6:30pm, I am unable to reach them to have my question answered today, which really sets me back, so I give 3 stars for corporate customer service and 0 for the inability to reach the new owner on my behalf and not being able to provide a solution. Thus, I arrive at a score of 2. I am understanding that these things happen during transitions and you should too. If you're trying to reach them, don't fret. They are actually still in business. Overall, I've been satisfied with service over the past few months. I never went during lunch time as the previous review describes though. I expect the new owner will be motivated to keep customers happy.

They provided great service, as always, but especially for their help recently on my daughter's project and for working with our schedule. We appreciate your time, patience & guidance. My daughter was very pleased & excited about the final results. They are also our go-to for all of our mailing & printing needs.
