Best Buy

This Best Buy has always had friendly and helpful staff and well stocked shelves. If an item wasn't available, the workers tried their best to accommodate. I recently started working at this location as a vendor and even now, my 'coworkers' have been friendly and respectful.

I was greeted by a dark and handsome guy when I entered the store.
I showed him the special flat and round battery 🪫 I needed and he took me to the batteries section but couldn’t find the button battery I needed.
Then he went back to his computer 💻 and wanted to order one but since it would take time and my grandkids were waiting for me, the young man sent me to batteries and bulbs (?)
I wished I would have asked for his name, because he was really really helpful .
He gets a 2 thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾 from me !

Had a great experience here with the staff, who helped me select a personalized product that required an in-store try on to confirm fit. Glad that Best Buy is still around as I always enjoy going in.

Recently I’ve been three times and each time I have experienced great service. They were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. No store is perfect but I feel that Best Buy does try to help their customers. It can be hard to find an associate at times, so I go at times when they’re not typically busy.

Was there yesterday and Ozzy was extremely helpful in the appliance department. He was patient, knowledgeable about the products, knew where everything was and answered all the questions I had. I had planned to go to a couple other appliance stores afterwards, but didn’t feel the need to do that. He was so helpful, I didn’t need to go anywhere else.

Sales Associate was super nice and extremely informative about the camera I was interested in. He suggested I look at a similar one that was the same price but had more features and storage capacity. Great customer service skills!! 👏

Best Buy was great! I went in to buy a camera for my friend for her birthday and EMILY helped us greatly! She explained all our options, made sure I got all the necessary accessories and all around gave us a great experience. Highly recommend the location on Capital Blvd in Raleigh NC. I've had great service every time I've been there, but Emily was definitely the BEST!

They made everything easy. I was greeted and offered assistance within seconds of walking in the door. All staff provided an enthusiastic and helpful energy. I surely have not gotten that experience at every electronics retailer. Try them out for yourself!

Great on floor support. Not too pushy and happy to answer questions. The folks by TVs are well informed and always in their "A game".

My daughter and I decided to buy electronics for my husbands birthday. The customer service was exceptional. We came in with ideas of what we wanted and CT made sure that we were knowledgeable about the items so we could make the best decisions. We decided on a 65 in OLED tv and a surround sound system. After our purchase we hung around to check out some other electronics and the same great customer service was provided by all the associates we encountered.
We also returned for a walk mount with my husband and Sabrina and her manager did it again! Huge thanks to the store and staff. With customer service becoming extinct nowadays it sure felt nice to experience it again and again.

Stopped by this location today to pick up an online order. Was assisted by Emily who took the time to assist not only in my pick-up, but also with picking up additional items while in-store. She was efficient and worked in the best interest of completing the transaction in a timely fashion. Thank you for your help today, Emily!

So when I first walked in there was 6 employees standing there literally doing nothing at all and I had a bit of an emergency, I needed a power adapter asap for my wireless mic unit for a wedding I was doing in the area and none of the employees knew what to do, they all gave me a blank stare into space. So Im gonna assume hopefully they were all first day on the job people and in training cause they knew nothing at all. But I did find a very knowledgeable young man in the electronics department and he knew exactly what I was looking for and where it was in the store. He seriously had me out the door in minutes with what I needed, awesome service. Then my wife and I walked pass the 6 employees in training I guess. But I posted a picture of the item I was looking for. A simple basic adapter.

I went in, found the PowerBeats Pro I. The color I was looking for right away, and was pleasantly surprised that they were on sale, including AppleCare. I save $30.

The staff here actively look to help you. I get everything from here as they have a great return policy and warranty program.

Brandon is a well informed, courteous, helpful Geek Squad employee. I am very pleased with my service experience.
