Great company! Bought one time and immediately asked for refund bc repair shop said was not the computer! Another month down the road bought a computer for our 2005 dodge Dakota truck again! This time it was installed on truck easy install and works perfectly! No problems! Love that it has lifetime warranty on it. Just had to send them the old computer from the truck! Thanks for being and awesome company!

I called Car Computer Exchange and a young woman answered the phone. She was very helpful and made it almost to easy to spend my money.. I received the computer in the time frame she told me. Installed the computer and the vehicle fired right up. It seems to be running better than ever and there is no engine lights on. Very happy with the price, ship time, and the knowledgeable salesperson. Thank you !

The part ordered was good! Paid $20. Extra for it to be delivered in 2 days & it was not. Not only was it not delivered on time but you use FedEx & they have failed to deliver packages to me or my home. They always deliver to my neighbors & they find it just thrown in their yard! I personally think I should be refunded the $20. I paid to expedite the product I also think you should hire someone different then FedEx to deliver product & packages

I did feel the news that you only have a week to post the core return was poorly communicated. I didnt know until I opened the box, which due to my schedule I opened so late I only had a day to meet the deadline.

We weren't 100% sure the ECM was the problem. Spoke to the tech gentleman and he assured us that we are in the area of the problem. Ordered, all info put in, they programmed, shipped and in under 2 weeks my van was up and running again! It took my husband all of 10 minutes to install and test the computer. She's been amazing ever since. Thank you for giving me Big Blue back! I missed my van!

We got our computer within a week of purchase (July 2023). Before purchasing, I called the company and everything was explained to me and I was reassured.
The computer is still working perfectly. Haven't had to use the 60 day warranty. I do recommend this company. 5 stars.

I needed to update the computer in my 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had a relatively easy time of ordering my new computer. I had originally miss-typed my VIN number into my order. I was emailed right away to inform me of the mistake, which I resolved the next day. The new computer arrived in a timely manor. I am very satisfied with Car Computer Exchange.

Personally I do not online shop. But in this case I took the chance. I ordered a computer for my Jeep. From paying online. To the delivery it was painless it came with the return shipping postage. For the old part which was wonderful, the new part worked without any trouble. Jeep is up running very pleased. I would use again.

I ordered my computer ,it was shipped,i then installed it in my car and everything was just as they said. I sent my old one in and immediately my warranty kicked in. I have my ecm/pcm for about 3 months now an seems to be working great fixed alot of issues that where tied to it but have not had a chance to run it alot do to jeep being down for unrelated issues. I'll update when I can finely get some miles on it

My dealings with car computer exchange was excellent. They caught and corrected my errors to insure I received the correct computer for my vehicle. The computer I received worked great.

So far, all I have done is order a PCM for my 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan. Brittany, was knowledgeable and thorough with my ordering process over the phone. She could answer all my questions. Based on this interaction, I would order from them again. However, we'll see how the rest of the process goes.

Shipping and return of my old ECM was fast and easy customer service was helpful in making sure I ordered the R/T ecm for my Dodge charger. Works great no issues.

Easy plug and play, so far no issues. My completely random completely intermittent miss fire is gone. It shipped fast, but the shipping carrier screwed it all up. It was 3 days past the original delivery date I received my PCM.

This was the easiest experience. I’ve had online ordering parts for my car and this one being especially good because it was the computer for my car I needed. The representative that help me on the phone set everything up. It was quick easy and I received the computer in approximately one week. It is now installed in my car, and it runs perfectly. You can’t get any easier than this! 3 screws to take the old one out, disconnect the old one and install the new one. Reconnect the plugs and start your vehicle. 5 mins tops and my truck is back on the road. The dealer wanted over $2k to verify what my mechanic already verified. One call and it’s done. I hope to never have to use them again but I keep the number in my phone if someone needs it

Perfect customer service, and they really will get a good working computer to you, for your older vehicle that's not even supported anymore. My old, 01 Grand Caravan is running like new again! Dodge doesn't support mine anymore, and won't do software updates. Car Computer Exchange is the BEST!!!

Replaced ECM for 96 Jeep Cherokee Country 4x4. Exactly as advertised. Fixed my cranks but won’t start problem. Jeep started right up and hasn’t missed a beat. Very happy with their service.
