Walgreens located at 900 Springfield Commons Dr, Raleigh, NC 27609 is an excellent Pharmacy Store. Their stock was great / shelves were fully stocked, and organized well. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. This Walgreens is pretty large, some of course aren’t that much. Parking was good too!

Highly recommend the pharmacist and staff at this location. Everyone is extremely helpful and goes above and beyond. Be patient, they spend extra time with each individual to get the medications, consult and insurance right.

Brittany is amazing! The pharmacy staff is always so busy, but she took the time to call me on a Saturday and get my insurance information updated. She stayed on the line with me until everything was in order, gave me confirmation, and pricing information. She’s an absolute gem and makes me happy to come back again and again to the Springfield Commons Walgreens.

I usually have great experiences here! They haven’t failed me yet! One of the pharmacist tried her hardest to try to help me with an ozempic coupon the other day! Was so grateful of her customer service!

Nice store. Clean. A little slow and possibly disorganized but that’s not my final thought bc I’m still waiting for my Covid vaccination. More later….

This place needs more employees to cover vaccines and the pharmacy. The pharmacy is overbooked and people wait for way to long for service. The people are doing the best they can but just not enough of them.

I've been a customer here for about 5-6 years, and it has recently gone downhill terribly in the last year. There's only like 1 or 2 employees that are employed here that actually work. I have been on hold trying to update my insurance now for the second time this morning (cause they hung up on me the first time after being on hold for 20 mins...) and no one is answering even though the pharmacy literally JUST opened. Once I get this final prescription filled, I will be switching Walgreens...

Updated: Girl who did answer phone was very helpful...it's just hard to actually get ahold of someone

I understand stores are understaffed but it is frustrating that they are so late (I've seen this complaint frequently for this location) on a regular basis honoring vaccine appointments. Other than that I have not had an issue.

This place sucks. their prices are way too high and some of their staff are social justice warriors.....better be careful when you go in their or they will hen peck you with their toxic behavior

If you want to get your prescription filled in a timely manner, by a caring Healthcare professional,don't go here.
The Lead pharmacist laughs at customers when he is unwilling or unable to fill prescriptions. The staff break their backs to do what they can,but when the lead pharmacist consistently denies refills,doesn't explain to patient why,or how to fix the problem...and the is seen by about 5 customers behind me in line as he was laughing heartily,while telling me that they are unable to fill my prescription.
This man should loose his license,or ability to be a lead pharmacist.
Walgreens CORPORATE MUST TAKE ACTION ON THIS SADISTIC PHARMACIST IMMEDIATELY!!!

I went to go have a passport photo taken here. I walked up to the Photo Booth and smiled at the white woman behind the desk. She didn’t even acknowledge me as a customer. She continued to pretend to do things and not notice me. Apparently she was packing up for the day, but she could’ve communicated this to me rather than act like I was a ghost. How rude. Another employee asked if I needed assistance. I said yes I need a passport photo taken. So she came over to assist me with the process. Overall she was kind of pushy and rushing throughout the entire process and made a mistake. She also had a noticeable attitude. The fee for a photo taken was also overpriced. I won’t be returning to this location for any of my future needs.

Please save yourself the headache and don’t fill your prescriptions here. I’ve tried 3 times and every time has been a disaster. The most recent time I called them 5 days after my doctor sent my prescription in to check on the status just for them to tell me they never started on it. They said they will and it will be ready in an hour. I stop by 6 hours later and wait in line for 45 minutes just to be told it was out of stock and no solution on how/when I can get it. Every experience has been awful and their pharmacist staff don’t have any idea what they’re doing. Wasting everyone’s time and delaying people access to their medication.

Walgreens, please take this as my cancellation of my vaccine and flu shot. I spent 30 minutes on hold for the pharmacy. Nobody could be bothered to answer to tell me it will be a bit longer. I even hung up after 30 minutes and tried getting connected to the front desk. Another 5 minutes with no answer. I’ll be switching to a pharmacy further away from my house. It’s always something wrong with this location.

We made an appointment to get vaccines here, but it was a painful experience - waiting over an hour and a half. It sounded like they have been short-staffed for a while, and the staff was just running around, doing 3 jobs at once.

This store went downhill within the last year. Some of the managers are rude, extremely understaffed at the front register, yet have all those employees walking around, poorly stocked. They really need to think about opening a self checkout.

If u want to take ur flu shot here. Be prepared! I have been waiting for over an hour! And still waiting now, even though I have an appointment at 12:30! What’s the point for make an appointment?
