Love this store! The staff and management are always extremely friendly and helpful!
When we order online and pickup at the store, the staff attaches a handwritten thank you note on the order. That's such a nice touch!

We take our labradoodle there for grooming and she loves Margie! Margie is so kind and caring. She worked at a different pet Supplies Plus location and we followed her to this one!

Exceptional service from staff. My puppy was just spayed and they helped try on different alternatives for the recovery suit and various sizes as well as inflatables. This staff is truly remarkable.

Great place to give your dog a bath, where you don’t create a mess in your own home! Reasonably priced and sweet staff. Some purchasing items however are steeper than other pet stores.

I had my yorkie groomed by Margie yesterday. She was so sweet. She listened and did such a beautiful job. Thank you Margie.

I hope they get kittens in soon. It was a well organized, clean store and so far at least, there were fish and reptiles. Fine customer service. Look forward to going again.

Very clean store, well stocked, and very friendly employees. Great customer service. I went in to try out the self-serve dog wash and it was so easy to bring my dog in and then check out after. We’ll be coming back for sure!

Great place, cute business...PLEASE JUST INFORM THE EMPLOYEES OF ONE THING THOUGH! I just want to be completely honest here and say that I may be saving a dog's literal life...we took our dog to be washed here and one of the employees out of the blue walked right in front of my wet dog to pick up the excessive wet fur in the drain....now I don't know what they were thinking of doing that...who kneels down in front of a giant dog who is afraid of new territory and without introducing themselves, shoves their face in front of the dog? Whoever does this must not like their face. The employee could've been hurt bad, and they could even of had my dog put down if they attacked or got defensive. Who works at a pet place and not know that randomly running up to a dog without the slow approach is a bad idea? At least have some common sense. Will not be returning here.
