I recently came to Lowe’s this past weekend looking to get a set of door locks. An employee by the name of (Ishan) was very helpful in aiding me to make the right selection. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and explained the products well. Very satisfied with the customer service!

They had the tile at the front desk at the service center already in a cart to roll out to the car. My wife only had to call in to get it done. Great experience. Shower finish pics included.

I had the hardest working employee at Lowes Garland help me today. His name is Mike Smith #2569538. (I asked for his name and number for this review.)
I went in looking for a solution to cut a few items at home, and Mike helped me locate the most budget friendly saw. We were unable to find that specific model, but he looked on his computer and looked at several locations in the store where it might be. We saw that there were ten in stock, but couldn't find it.
Long story short, I went with a more powerful option, but I was struck by how hard Mike worked to help me find what I needed. He even helped me find the correct attachments so that I didn't have to make another trip.
Lowes Garland, Mike Smith is a shining example of customer service. He listened to me, gave me options, kept my budget in mind, and searched the store with a fine-toothed comb to help me find a specific item.
As a Gen Xer and veteran, I appreciate this man's work ethic.

04/29/24 Updating my review to give this Lowe's 5 stars. Went there today with my dad who is a bit older and can be kinda fussy about things. When we were checking out at the self checkout, there was an employee named Jaylen I believe who helped my dad get his veteran's discount and helped check out our items for us. He was very patient and kind to my dad even though my dad was a bit frustrated. I wish I would have gone back and thanked him but I didn't get a chance. Really appreciate how friendly and helpful he was!

The staff of this place is always very helpful. I returned an item this morning and the customer service rep was cheerful and worked quickly. She recognized that I was headed in to work so I saw that she was cognizant of that fact and was very rapid with her actions. Then on my way out with a new item, the cashier made eye contact with me and chatted with me also.

The thing I like about this Lowe's the most is its location. It is right off the PGBT (190) so it's very convenient for me to stop enroute home from work.

I also like all the shade the trees provide; very important for the hot summer months.

Ran into a snag installing a new handle for my Grandmother. As always time is of the essence. Luckily I ran across Mike. Mike new exactly what to do and where to help. Without Mike, I would have been there forever! Thank you so much Mike for your help and it was such appreciated! If I need anything for a home update, I can promise I will return because of Mikes professionalism, patience and knowledge of what I was in need for, Thanks again!

Home Depot has dad vibes and Lowe’s has mom vibes

Rudy Ramirez is an awesome associate that is very knowledgeable throughout the whole store.. He is my go-to person whenever I go to Lowe's to find anything..

Jose Martinez in the electrical department was so helpful!

He was able to help us right away for the exterior lights we were looking for; What a pleasant person and great customer service.

This Lowes is noticeably clean and their garden section is massive. Good management here.

You can find anything you need here for your home improvement . Very friendly staff.

Where are the customers? The store was basically empty on a Thursday night, which I must admit was to my advantage. I bought paint and brushes for my bedroom project ....

Great customer service. The older hispanic gentleman in outdoor garden I believe his name is Art he is always willing to help everytime I come in he's there. Really knowledgeable,works really.

Great Place to shop if looking for great customer service

This store has great customer service. No matter what time you get there, the associates are always willing to help you, specially Art who works in the garden center, he's very helpful and nice with the customers. Also Adam, the Assistant Store Manager has a great attitude and makes sure the customers get what they need.
