Outstanding customer service. I shopped several departments within the location and was helped in each department with hospitality and respect. Austin, from your paint department especially stood out. He went out of his way to find what I was looking for. I needed a specific brand and color that HD doesn't stock. He helped me find a local vendor that had the product I needed in stock. Even though HD doesn’t offer the product I needed, Austin’s customer service was next level.

The whole team looks very coordinated, the ladies at the front already paged Sissy and she was waiting for us right as we walked into the appliance area. From the moment we stepped into the store, her smile and genuine interest in our dishwasher woes put us at ease.

Instead of a sales pitch, Sissy had a conversation. She asked insightful questions about our lifestyle, dishwashing habits, and even our favorite meals. Then, instead of bombarding us with features, she listened. She truly heard our needs and translated them into dishwasher recommendations that felt tailor-made, not mass-produced.

Sissy's knowledge was impressive, but it was her enthusiasm that really sold us. She explained the intricacies of each machine. We ended up leaving not just with a dishwasher, but with a renewed appreciation for a nice team @ Garland. We were in and out in minutes!

Hey everybody this reviews for Home Depot in Garland off 190 and firewheel Parkway, this particular Home Depot, I’m going to the garden center today and just wanted to show you that I’ve been here several times and the garden center is always extremely well stocked with whatever you’re looking for, be that herbs, succulents, fertilizer, ornamental shrubs, whatever there is always many team members around and they’re very helpful and the place is usually not too crowded,the interior of Home Depot is laid out fairly much the same as the other ones but they all change up just a little bit but again as far as the garden center goes this one is really well-stocked so you should be able to get anything you need so if you’re in the area come over to Home Depot firewheel Parkway and 190 and they’ll have whatever it whatever you need to make your house and yard look beautiful. Thank you.

I was there the other day looking for a dryer cord and was looking in the wrong isle, and an employee named Emanuel asked to help me, and lead me to the correct isle. He was super nice and saved me a lot of time because I would have been there looking forever to find this! Lol

Me and my husband walked In for a bucket, associates are warm, welcoming, helpful. speedy self check out with card.

You got a good man on your team (Duane) is one of your best helpers he walk me through getting me a toilet.now he helped me out one more time 1,10 2024 help help me with how to make me a rooftop for my generator. I feel home Depot near two people like him around make sure you keep them happy he's best one for your customers

Always a good time there. It's like getting home yet you sit in the car a few before you go inside to decompress, except here there's not anyone asking "what or why do you not come straight in when you get home".

My go to home improvement store. Have used them for many years. I used them when they were Handy Dan's.

Had to get some adhesive for a client, the young lady in the paint department was a DREAM for helping me find it. She was polite, and very helpful. Wish I could remember her name. Also, great lumber selection too. Nice and clean store!

While we were shopping for blinds at this Home Depot location in Garland, TX, one of their employees, a young African American man named Cha Cha noticed that we were in need of assistance and came to help us. He was very polite, kind, professional and he was also very knowledgeable of the product. He helped us find the blind we needed and cut it according to our needed measurements. Thank you Cha Cha! This has been my main store for over ten years now. When I visit 5+ times a week I am warmly greeted by the friendly faces of all the employees that I have known for years. Just like any store there are times that they are busy and yet they attempt to make sure my needs are fully met. I am beyond disappointed that they finally opened a tool rental, because I knew that it would bring in more people. Over the last few months since the tool rental opening I have noticed the contractor parking become harder to come by. On a side note IF YOUR NOT A CONTRACTOR DO NOT PARK IN THOSE SPOTS.

That is one heck of a display in power tools. I love it. I want new tools and don't even need any. Great job guys.

Home Depot is a great home improvement store offering all appliances for kitchens and bathrooms, floor coverings, remodeling supplies, big and small...lighting, construction supplies, a garden center, patio furnishings and much more...
The staff in the flooring/tile and kitchen appliance dept at the Firewheel Garland store #0553, is very knowledgeable about all items they are in charge of and should you have questions, they will gladly help you...
And the customer service staff at this same store for their fast and courteous service, plus offering to take the large items to your car should you need help.
Next time you need home improvement items, take time to visit this Home Depot location on George Bush Frwy in Garland. You'll be glad you did!

Finally!!! After 3 years wanting mums on my garden I will get em. Usually they cost $20, but I found these on almost $7 each. They're not that big as the twenties, but they will wonk fie my front yard

Staff there is pretty friendly and helpful. Garden section is great and easy to figure out... online pickup can be a little slower than shopping sometimes. Best parking situation out of all the home depots in the area.

Got the stuff to fix my AC. Just the other day I got help from Duane on getting me a nice toilet he was the best help with this my in laws love it
